Been sitting in the parking lot for the last half hour waiting for my family to come out. 30 plus minutes doing a walk in. Glad I will only stop here once. I could have went and sat down at a restaurant.

I have been in line for 20 minutes and 3 people working and store is full. The 3 people working are only concerned with the online orders that are coming in and people next in line have been waiting for 5 minutes to even put their order in. There are now 18 people in line and there is no sense of urgency about helping the people that are actually in the store.

I'm in town for the ren faire and needed dinner. Two super awesome young ladies helped me figure that out and were really patient while I made my choices. My sandwich was made to perfection!! Also, I appreciate the friendly conversation too.

I ordered the protein bowl and after it was almost done the sandwich artist dropped the container of Oregano right in the middle of my salad covering the container with my salad dressing dripping off into my salad bowl and food. I was surprised that she didn't apologize OR offer to make me a fresh salad since the Oregano can splattered my salad. Of course it is possible that this was NOT a code violation. She did have plastic gloves on. However, I noticed she did pull her phone out of her pocket and read a message in the middle of making our orders, yes same gloves on touching the phone. I believe that WAS a code violation. Anyway, there were seven of us in our party and I was number five of seven and we were all hungry so I didn't complain and cause a scene. Nor did I want to delay everyone's meal by asking for a new salad, so I just kept my mouth shut. But I have to admit that it bothered me. This evening google asked me for a review of my recent dining experience and I just had to say something. I've been stewing on it since it happened and I wanted to get it off my chest. If the manager reaches out then I would certainly feel differently about my experience.

Asked the girl to change gloves after touching money and touching her hair. When we asked her to change gloves she told us that if we didn’t like it then we could leave and just get out. Will not be returning as long as she is still employed

I live around the area and have been there 3 times and each time the service has been poor, every time I've walked in they look like they've just served 100 people and don't even attempt to keep their station clean. They leave all their toppings ect open when they need lids on them when not in use. They try to act like their super fast but all their doing is literally throwing the stuff on the bread. I strongly believe i got food poisoning from them the other day because they dont put lids on any of their options. I do not recommend this place to anyone one I will never eat here again

This is the ONLY subway that does not offer a military discount. When I asked if they offer a discount the gentleman behind the counter was rude and stated...I do not give anyone a discount!!!
