I ordered a Nacho Bell Grande with No sour cream, extra meat, and extra cheese. There was no sour cream like I asked, yet it's way smaller than it would be if I hadn't of ordered extras! So I paid for extras that I didn't get and they decided that I didn't need the beans either.

I don't know why I still order from here. The food is nasty and unflavorable. I paid for extra meat and got less than normal serving. My burrito was so sloppy and slapped together that it fell apart.

This Taco Bell didn’t add any sauces to my bag and messed my order up completely. I guess reading tickets isn’t a part of training process. Worst part is a friend picked up after I order online and didn’t expect them to mess up an order placed 2 hours in advance.

The coolest town in the USA also serves food cold I guess. My taco was cold, as in out of the fridge cold. Plus I also had a drink in my order and the employee forgot which is fine it happens, I reminded him that it was a large dragonfruit freeze. But he messed up that also, gave me a small all while laughing and chatting with other employees. Maybe focus on task at hand a bit.

Got supreme soft taco burritos & they didn't even put on any sourcream on any of it & got chicken soft taco burritos & they barely put any dam chicken like 3 little pieces that was not even a half an inch long on them either they was more like salad burritos... Waste of money & my dam time! Had to cook for my babies cause we arent eating this lazy work trash. This has hapoened multiple times. Also their prices at the store are way more than what it is on the app.... Calling corporate!!
