The coolest town in the USA also serves food cold I guess. My taco was cold, as in out of the fridge cold. Plus I also had a drink in my order and the employee forgot which is fine it happens, I reminded him that it was a large dragonfruit freeze. But he messed up that also, gave me a small all while laughing and chatting with other employees. Maybe focus on task at hand a bit.

Check your order before you drive off. Multiple people working inside, and blatantly left off several add ons that were literally listed on the screen after being ordered.

Got supreme soft taco burritos & they didn't even put on any sourcream on any of it & got chicken soft taco burritos & they barely put any dam chicken like 3 little pieces that was not even a half an inch long on them either they was more like salad burritos... Waste of money & my dam time! Had to cook for my babies cause we arent eating this lazy work trash. This has hapoened multiple times. Also their prices at the store are way more than what it is on the app.... Calling corporate!!

If there was a possibility to give a negative number of stars, I would. 30 minutes for an online order on a slow Sunday evening is ridiculous. Worst Taco Bell in WV.

We waited inside for about 10 minutes to place an order and everyone ignored us while they were processing numerous drive thru orders. Multiple employees even looked at us and went about their day without acknowledging us.

Last night was probably the last time I will ever consider eating at Taco Bell for a very long time. We went inside to pickup ab order that was placed online and waited 34 minutes and the cashier told us it was going to be a bit longer. They wasn't busy and the stuff consist of a bunch of teenagers who was playing on their phones and running outside to talk with their friends. Finally after leaving the lobby I went thru the drive through and there was exactly two cars in front of me no one inside and I still waited another 19 minutes behind the two other vehicles. Finally we reached the window and the order still wasn't ready and I waited a bit longer and decided to go back inside the lobby and finally finally my order was ready and the cashier brought it to me and made a remark how she thought I was in the drive through and ask why I decided to come back inside instead of waiting out there. After waiting over an hour on one chicken quesadilla, one steak quesadilla, three tacos, add two fountain drinks I just want to go home. I have to honestly say Taco Bell had absolutely no excuse to make customers wait that long last night they wasn't busy inside the lobby or through the drive-thru and honestly I think that they need to get new management who can control their staff a little bit better and who isn't going to engage in the same activities as the teenagers . I did send in a complaint last night from the mobile app and I plan on calling Monday morning to speak with the store manager and I will also be calling the corporate office to file a complaint as well. It was truly the worst experience of my life when it comes to eating at a fast food restaurant.

Such a better atmosphere since they replaced the GM. He was terrible and very unprofessional. You can tell the new GM is going to turn this place around for the better. It's much cleaner, and the workers don't seem as stressed out.
