Best Thai food we’ve eaten in years! Recently moved to Lewisburg from out of state and was pleasantly surprised to see a Thai restaurant, and even more delighted to discover how highly rated Thai Kitchen is. Food was outstanding and amazing! Service was equally good. Everything we had— Coconut Soup, Drunken Noodles, Red Curry, Dumplings, Won Ton Soup—all made our tastebuds sing. Their beef is local, pasture-raised beef and their eggs are as well. Absolutely will return! (Is two days too soon?)

Great flavor, quick service, super friendly hostess. We stopped here while passing through town. It’s primary focus is take out as they have a small dining area, however we were well taken care of as dine in guests.

The pad thai and drunken noodles were very good. Their local beef was especially great. The lady who took our order was also very nice.

Tried the drunken noodles and red curry after reading all the reviews. At $14 plus tax for each of these, the quantity was very less. Even the red curry container had a good one inch empty from the top. They’re also using the 24oz containers and not the 32 oz containers.plus the rice container is also half the size. Just a 2mjns from these guys, we have the Chinese Dragon place where the quantity is far more acceptable. I’ve had Thai food across many cities and this was the least favorable experience both from a quantity and quality perspective. The drunken noodles were very salty. The noodles themselves were nicely sautéed. The protein (chicken) could use a bit more flavor. I loved that the veggies were not overly cooked!! Thanks for keeping these a bit crunchy! The rice was just simple rice and not jasmine rice - which was listed on the menu. Maybe there was a confusion with the order? The red curry has a nice creamy texture. I def need more quantity and perhaps some aubergine thrown in there as well. The protein’s flavor was underwhelming which is compounded by the fact that it is just a single serving of rice and curry. It did feel fresh but I even won’t blame the kitchen if they’re making the curry upfront and assembling the veggies/protein when the order comes in.All in all, definitely lots of opportunity to improve. Glad to have stumbled across this place. Will have to try the pad Thai this weekend!Keep up Erie great work !

Excellent food, so delicious. It's freshly prepared with every order and the homemade sweet and sour sauce is the best???

Curry was not spicy pad Thai had yucky peanuts in it that tasted clearly rancid when I notified the kitchen they offered nothing not even really an apology which is a shame because those of you who follow my reviews know that I prefer to dine at independently owned restaurants this one however will not be getting our business back.

Very friendly service. Currently doing takeout only. Heres what I know- it's all about the spice. My parents have never had thai so I picked up a variety of dishes while I was visiting from out of town. The chicken satay and spring rolls were pretty good. But the dumplings tasted like chemicals. The Drunken Noodles with medium spice were on point, the Pad Thai was very bland, the Panang Curry had a great flavor, the Thai Fried Rice was missing flavor like thai basil, and the Pad Gra Prow with medium spice was delicious. My recommendation is to add spice to achieve that perfect flavor.

Everywhere I take the dumplings there a huge hit, freshly rolled chicken, shrimp and crab meat steamed with a touch of fried garlic overtop of them with a homemade dipping sauce.

The Pad Thai is very good and very authentic..... Appetizer are excellent as well and a good value, They only have Take-out presently, but are very nice when you are in the restaurant.

I have ate here SEVERAL times since opening and cannot get enough! I was hesitant as I had never had Thai food but was pleasantly surprised with the drunken noodles and tofu. The perfect amount of savory and spicy. The owner and her mother are phenomenal chefs and you can really taste their dedication and love in every bite you eat. I know our community-myself included, are very happy The Thai Kitchen is open for business. I hope they continue in their success and will one day be able to open a full scale dine-in facility. Would definitely recommend. It’s a new favorite.
