This place was severely understaffed, especially for a Friday evening. The sole bartender/server was really hopping to keep up. My group understood her predicament and was encouraging to her. Somehow, though, my food order must've fallen through some cracks. I requested some follow-up after an HOUR of waiting. "It's in" was the response. I finally got my food after nearly 90 minutes... for a BURGER. The short staffing was mentioned to a manager. He seemed unconcerned. I don’t know who's at fault for misplacing my order, but I think the manager failed the staff that evening, unless there's a shortage of employees, I guess. The burger was good, but I think I'll eat elsewhere the next time I visit the area.

Super yum! We were staying in the attached motel during our Greenbrier Trail ride. After our 78 mile ride, this was a welcome respite of not having to drive anywhere to get some excellent food. The staff were very friendly and professional. The service was fast and excellent. We were absolutely famished from our long ride and it was hard not to gobble down the food but it was too delicious to not slow down and enjoy. I especially enjoyed the onion rings. If we are ever in this area again, I would not hesitate to eat here again. Excellent! youtube @travlinfam

Would be a great spot to open a restaurant! Sat for 2 hours waiting on my food which was 9 boneless wings and 3 burger sliders. “Wings” were still cold and were Dino bites and hamburger patties were cold and buns were stale. All orders should come with a complimentary hand gun just so you can end your own suffering while patronizing this establishment.

Took well over an hour to get a burger and fries, without the fries, got chips. Ordered Mushrooms to start but didn't get them until we got the burgers and they were very cold.The waitress was horrible. The manager was cool, we did not end up paying. Could have just been a bad night, I don't know.

The food was not prepared as ordered, and really didn’t have much flavor. Their spicy bbq Sauce consisted of sweet bbq sauce and hot sauce. The Philly cheesesteak had no cheese. Ordered fries was then told they was out, ended up with partially cooked onion rings. Terrible experience. Would not recommend at all

The staff were nice to us, but the food and order was messed up. We had boneless wings half bbq and half spicy and they decided to mix the sauces on top of the wings when specifically ask for separate numbers. Then I asked for no sides with my burger and the waitress said it came with fries, onion rings, or chips. Later discovered that onion rings were an additional charge, when originally I wanted no sides. Service was a scam and food wasn’t any better. Drinks were alright

Stoped in to grab a drink or two..sat night..holliday weekend..place was pretty much empty.. Bar maid was pretty quick to great us.. But found out the chances of getting any kind of mixed drink other then something like a rum and coke was totally out of the question... Apparently no skill set or as she said management won't allow... Go figure... Allso web page says there open till 12am. But they called last call at 10pm...didnt bother to try any food.. 1 plus thou..beer was cold.....
