I saw the entire restaurant slammed during karaoke and the manager was singing while the poor two bartenders were working as fast as they could do to keep up. (Which they done amazing at). I can’t believe the owners would allow their manager to have an establishment without any direction or help from the manager. The bartenders run the whole show it seems. It’s pathetic. The manager was also giving out free drinks to customers and making very sexist comments to the bartenders when he decided the stage life was not for him and would go back to being a less then half manager again. Moral of my review is manager SUCKS however your bartenders are AMAZING.

This place was severely understaffed, especially for a Friday evening. The sole bartender/server was really hopping to keep up. My group understood her predicament and was encouraging to her. Somehow, though, my food order must've fallen through some cracks. I requested some follow-up after an HOUR of waiting. "It's in" was the response. I finally got my food after nearly 90 minutes... for a BURGER. The short staffing was mentioned to a manager. He seemed unconcerned. I don’t know who's at fault for misplacing my order, but I think the manager failed the staff that evening, unless there's a shortage of employees, I guess. The burger was good, but I think I'll eat elsewhere the next time I visit the area.

Super yum! We were staying in the attached motel during our Greenbrier Trail ride. After our 78 mile ride, this was a welcome respite of not having to drive anywhere to get some excellent food. The staff were very friendly and professional. The service was fast and excellent. We were absolutely famished from our long ride and it was hard not to gobble down the food but it was too delicious to not slow down and enjoy. I especially enjoyed the onion rings. If we are ever in this area again, I would not hesitate to eat here again. Excellent! youtube @travlinfam

Would be a great spot to open a restaurant! Sat for 2 hours waiting on my food which was 9 boneless wings and 3 burger sliders. “Wings” were still cold and were Dino bites and hamburger patties were cold and buns were stale. All orders should come with a complimentary hand gun just so you can end your own suffering while patronizing this establishment.

Took well over an hour to get a burger and fries, without the fries, got chips. Ordered Mushrooms to start but didn't get them until we got the burgers and they were very cold.The waitress was horrible. The manager was cool, we did not end up paying. Could have just been a bad night, I don't know.
