We went through the drive thru. There was a small line and medium wait.
I’m from Wisconsin and we don’t have these up here. I don’t know what you do to your iced caramel coffees, but it should be illegal!! 😁 I have traveled to and from VA twice and stopped at three different biscuit world restaurants in three different states and loved every single experience and food. I have recommended my friends and family stop at one when they travel down to visit!
This restaurant had exceptional customer service!

Drove miles out of our way to try them . Website said open until 7pm git there sign says closed a 2pm see below. Won't go out our way again. If we see one MAYBE try it but doubt it.

Sadly, they were short handed. I sign in the drive through said closing at 2 until further notice, hiring all shifts. Besides that my sausage was burnt. The employees were sure friendly.

They know them cat-heads. But the plastic cups they use for drinks are easily broken and I got iced coffee all over me this morning butt I did get a replacement and it was delicious
