We so enjoy the folks who work here! The views are stellar! The food is very good but I think they try for NYC which is hard in Logan.Wheelchair accessibility: Excellent accessibility for wheelchairs. It is a long walk if you’re walking (or pushing).

We ate dessert and breakfast here during our stay. Both visits were awful! I ordered the brownie sundae and my husband order the lava cake. Both were hard as rocks. The menu said there was hot fudge, they only had chocolate syrup. The menu also said nuts and sprinkles were available by request. I didn't request either because I'm allergic and my brownie came out covered in both.Breakfast was included in our stay. The breakfast room had to be at least 90 degrees and the fans weren't helping. Food choices were pretty unappetizing. The sausage was floating in grease and the gravy was from a can!

The serving of poutine was enormous. Easily enough for two. The sandwich was hamstastic. Excellent view of the park at a window side table.

Better than a holiday in, but only marginally. This is a basic hotel with extra wood accents. The pool/hot tub/fitness center were all closed. Close access to trails in the park so that's a plus. Still have to drive though. I had zero view out of my room- maybe others are better.

The park is spotless with tons to do with or without children. Room was very nice and the folks working were so nice! The food in the restaurant was great and we also ventured into town for one dinner. We had a chance to visit both pools and they were very nice. The elk tour is worth every cent. The ranger activities were enjoyed by children and adults alike.

I was at a conference and we were offered the buffet, we thought it was part of the conference but that aside. We got either a breaded over baked chicken patty or barbecue. It was serviced with over fried burnt chips or frozen potato wedges. Side salad was a bag mix with cherry tomatoes, cucumbers and shredded cheese to add. Dressing weren’t labeled so it was guess. Dessert was cookies but the weren’t fresh backed and looked like they came from Walmart. Then we find out the conference isn’t paying and there isn’t a price listed on anything we can find. Turned out I payed $16.06 for this garbage when it was all done. I will NEVER NEVER eat this overprice slop again. Save your money folks and drive to either Logan or Chapmansville. None of the food was served at an appropriate temperature either, sweet tea tasted metallic like it came straight from the sink or sat overnight in a metal container.

Sunday Brunch $15- Good food. Excellent desert. Nice atmosphere- you can hear your lunch guest and enjoy conversation. I was there at peek lunch time and they were having trouble getting the main entrees out in time. A line was forming waiting for food in the buffet line. The host was a new employee and wasn’t able to tell us where the restroom was. Later I found out it was right outside the main door. Hard to miss.

This is located in the hotel part of this complex. (See hotel review). It could have been made a whole lot more pleasant.

Lodge was clean, simple but lovely. Very generous portion of food in the restaurant. Donna was a great server. Got a discount from being a lodge guest when I bought items from the gift shop. Relaxing atmosphere. Friendly helpful staff. No issues. Room was nice will go back.

Donna was our server, she did a good job letting us know what was good. She recommended the meatloaf and my wife and I were both impressed. My wife had the Reuben which was both huge and delicious. It was made with real corned beef, not the poor quality sliced deli meat. The lava cake was a nice ending for the meal. An overall great experience. Nice view all around....only negative note was the breakfast...just not good unless you want cereal etc.

Resturant opened at 5p for dinner, we arrive at 5:15, dining room was very cold [probably low 60's] . Requested heat turned up and was informed only maintenance could do so. Askeded waitress to make meal to go due to temp in dining room. Meal was brought out in clear salad containers [ hot pasta dinners], no utensiles, white toast instead of garlic bread. Paid for drinks and left the food on the table. No manager available.

What a great place!! We got 20% off our stay per WV COVID-19 policy to promote in-state tourism. Great accommodations. The restaurant was wonderful with a locally-caught Rainbow Trout dinner with sides! Just delicious and great service from our waitress!!!

We had a very attentive server. The food was plentiful and tasted amazing! The cook goes out of her way to greet the guests. She said she cooks from scratch and uses her own recipes.
