After reading the reviews over the past several months and all were negative we almost didn't stop. But there were cars in the parking lot so we went in. Our waitress was very attentive. Our food service was quick. We had alcohol and we were served those quickly also. My husband had a ribeye, baked potato and green beans. His green beans were cold. I had a chicken breast, baked potato and a salad... It wasn't the best food we've ever had but it all tasted good. We are from Ohio and we're very satisfied.

Kraft mac and cheese served cold 4 bucks. 10 little shrimp 18.50. Very disappointing.. I guess it's hit and miss here, depends on who is the chef that day.. 11/17/25

The onion blossom was not cut correctly and burnt with what tasted like old oil. We couldn’t even pull any petals off and had to use a knife to cut it apart. The meatloaf was burnt and soggy. The food was disappointing but the service and staff were great.

Everything about this visit was awful. The restaurant smelled like sewer, assuming because the stalls in bathroom were out of order. Nobody wants to eat and smell that. Food took awhile whenever it wasn’t that busy, came out cold and chicken tenders tasted like rubber without flavor and nasty. Very disappointed and won’t be going back. If I could get be zero stars I would.

One star on everything, should have been zero. Waited 15 minutes to be seated. There were two customers in the dining room. Workers walking around ignoring us. Three men entered after we had waited those 15 minutes. Finally got seated by a very disgruntled lady. After waiting for a waiter for a very long time, we noticed the men who were seated after us already had drinks and rolls and a waitress was taking their order. Our waitress still had not come to our table. Staff and management is of the lowest quality.

Waited to be seated 10 minutes was ok after ordering Waited for a hour 10 minutes and brought the wrong stake cooked to death. Well enough said.

Let me give you guys some tips
1) you NEVER wipe the top of a salt shaker with a nasty wet rag that youve been cleaning tables with. The water goes into the salt shaker, ruins the salt, and youre feeding people the equivalent of nasty dish water. Every salt shaker in your dining area should be thrown away
2) you should never cook a burger without using salt
3) when you pull food from a fryer, you need to shake it and let it sit in the basket for a few seconds for the grease to drain off. People dont want to get diarrhea every time they eat here
4) NOBODY likes old fries
5) fried fish should have its own fryer. Onion rings arent supposed to taste like fish.

I work out of town. The one thing I have to look forward to is a good meal. I have eaten here probably 20 times over the last 6 months. So imagine my experience, when at first I tried to call them for over a half hour and no one would pick up. I went to the restaurant a quick drive from my hotel. I half expected for the place to be close since no one would answer the phone. It wasn't. So I go to the carry out desk. Two girls are there cashing people out. Not a Hello, not a hi, not even a rude comment. Absolutely zero acknowledgement. Finally after the 5th or 6th person passes me asks if I've been helped and goes and gets someone. She takes my order but is not the carry out person so she has to get her to finish cashing me out. Says it will take about 25 minutes. I come back in 25 minutes, she informs me that the kitchen staff just started to cook my food that it never got started. Okay, is what it is. No worries I'll come back in 15 minutes. So I come back in 15 minutes again not a single person greets me no matter how many servers walk past the carry out station. About a minute later a man walks in behind me returning food. After waiting another few minutes the carry out server comes out the doors on the other side of the restaurant and goes towards the hostess station. The man that came in after me goes over to her as they are walking back she sees me grabs the bag from him and gives it to me. This is where my problem begins. According to the food establishment rule which adopts 2013 FDA model Food Code, food that has been served or sold and is in the possession of a consumer and then returned, generally cannot be offered for human consumption again. Even McDonald's follows this rule. Not only had it been served but it left the restaurant. I don't know if these people have bugs in their car hepatitis B and picked their nose and wiped it on my steak. I order the Juliet Filet with white Mac and side salad every time with out fail. On top of all this what really made me very upset is there was no plastic silverware in the bag so here I am about to eat a salad with no silver ware. Every week my transaction goes off with out a hitch and the food is warm and delicious and I appreciate that. I get that there isn't a lot of selection around here to choose from and between Monday to Wednesday this place dominates the restaurant scene, we should still be treated with dignity when we spend our hard earned money there. I took two bites of the steak one or two bites of the mac and cheese barley choked down the warm salad. I am pretty sure your carry out server lied and just gave away my food the first time and blamed it on the kitchen cause the food was definitely not fresh a problem I haven't had any other time.
