The food has gone down hill after the change of ownership. Last time I went it was not edible. Hard, and the sauce was so watery it wasn't even sticking to the chicken.

Don't let the sketchy parking or rugged outer appearance fool you. This place is the 2nd Best Chinese around. The meat is a little chewing but it's big! The noodles and rice are good and the wontons make me wanna poop with excitement. Overall this place is good.
