Nu era bakery withholds employees credit card tips for a year then splits them between all employees and calls it a Christmas bonus it's the employees money and it's illegal to do. if you leave a tip don't do it on a card they don't even show proof of what was actually tipped to the employees

Cake order was placed three weeks prior to the event. Went the day of the party and they did not have the cake. Made another cake delivered to the venue but the cake was dry tasted like it was a frozen cake.

I have been going to Nu Era bakery for years a few years ago i got a cake it was so dry they told me too bring it back in i did the lady stuck her hand in it and said it was fine so i stop going for a while. That's always been my favorite place for cakes so i picked up one today for Valentine's day i asked if it was fresh they said yes well it is not very disappointed. dry and the icing is even hard. it's just a hit and miss there anymore. I always get chocolate they had a chocolate with white icing. so i got that one not good. very disappointed and they are my very favorite cake. Just thought i give it another try bad choice. thought for sure it would be fresh today. all i want is a fresh cake.

I order my daughter’s birthday cake from Nu-Era Bakery every year. It always turns out looking and tasting great. They are very good about accommodating you when you have a short time frame. I’ve ordered on a Wednesday evening and picked up Friday morning. The prices are great as well. I highly recommend Nu-Era for all of your bakery needs and wants.
Parking: There’s street parking with meters, as well as a 15 minute courtesy spot directly in front of the bakery.

I live out of state and have since 1984 BUT still go back home to Logan every so often and NuEra is one of the first stops we make. The best cakes, peperoni bread, cupcakes, heck EVERYTHING IS THE BEST YOU CAN GET ANYWHERE. People here in GA that I bring goodies back to them say the same...very good. NOT A BAKERY ANYWHERE HERE CAN TOUCH THE PRODUCTS THAT Y'ALL MAKE. I have been buying from y'all for over 50 years. Wished y'all would open one here in Ga...you would put a lot of these places out of business Keep up the great work. Any place here in Ga I go I always tell them they don't have anything on our bakery back home in Logan, then I go into detail how delicious they are. AGAIN LOVE, LOVE, LOVE YOUR DELICIOUS CAKES, ETC.
