Staff was friendly enough. However, our issue unfortunately lied with our food. We got home and everything was painstakingly underwhelming. Both Quesadillas we got were uncooked, cold, and my steak Quesadilla had 3 pieces of steak in the whole thing and a handful of cheese at the bottom. This is a common occurrence anymore and feels like a mockery to your customer base. At this point its a gamble whether your food is gonna be good or not and it makes me just not want to eat here anymore. We paid $25 for a meal neither of us are satisfied with and wished that we would have just made food at home instead of even bothering with this place again.

Been here many times. The food is pretty good, when they remember to give you your whole order.

They will almost always forget something if you order more than 5 items.

Like any place these days, you have nice employees and rude ones. Experience can vary significantly.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. We ordered from this place spent almost $50 and all the food was soggy, there was barely anything in it, they forgot half of it, and it was like they put it in a heat lamp and left it there for 3 hours, and then just shoved it in the bag everything fell apart immediately. My father-in-law got sick because the food was so old.In reality, they should be looking forward to a lawsuit.Because people are getting sick off of their old food , they want to leave out for hours and then just serve it like it's fresh

Showed up at 2:58 AM on 12/19/25 & sat at the speaker & at 3:00 the worker finally came on & said “we’re closed”. If you want to close before 3AM, I suggest you change your hours. When I worked in fast food, my job would have been gone the next day if I would have pulled this on a customer. Things just aren’t how they used to be :(

Ordered tacos and a crush wrap with just meat and cheese they reeled it with all the toppings, went back through the line got it re made and they still put vegetables on my Crunchwrap

I have been to several other Taco Bell locations with no issues with my simple order, but for some reason this exact location can’t comprehend a simple cheese only quesadilla order. Instead they mess up the order 3 times even after calling to complain about the exact issue. Tonight they got the order wrong again with the simple response “come back in and we will fix it” while we live an hour away so it’s useless.

Everything is usually fine but I absolutely loathe how they make you use the kiosk thing instead of taking your order at the register. Like, if I wanted to use the kiosk I would but if I walk to the counter I'm wanting someone to take my order not tell me walk over here to the kiosk. It's beyond aggravating

When you get a taco sometimes it has a tiny bit of cheese on it or none I think the tacos should look like the picture shown on the menu.
