I have been to several other Taco Bell locations with no issues with my simple order, but for some reason this exact location can’t comprehend a simple cheese only quesadilla order. Instead they mess up the order 3 times even after calling to complain about the exact issue. Tonight they got the order wrong again with the simple response “come back in and we will fix it” while we live an hour away so it’s useless.

Everything is usually fine but I absolutely loathe how they make you use the kiosk thing instead of taking your order at the register. Like, if I wanted to use the kiosk I would but if I walk to the counter I'm wanting someone to take my order not tell me walk over here to the kiosk. It's beyond aggravating

When you get a taco sometimes it has a tiny bit of cheese on it or none I think the tacos should look like the picture shown on the menu.

Wheelchair accessibility: There’s two handicapped parking spots then the ramp to get in the double doors. You’ll need assistance when entering the double doors
Worst Taco Bell I have been to ever. I have been Taco Bells in 10 states and Logan's is bad. Everything tastes old no matter what time of day you go. Everything is underfilled. No reason you should hold up a crunchy taco up to light and can see glow over an inch on each side where there is nothing but shell. Crunchwraps are FLAT. Like flatter than my cell phone with no case. Just....bad...
