Most Arbys' I have visited serve very good food. But the one I visited while traveling through West Virgina proved decidedly disappointing. The food tasted unpalatable and had gotten cold, probably left in the warmer too long.

The parking is overly dramatic there's plenty of it but it's just kinda dangerous because backing out be very cautious and look out every mirror someone is always coming from all directions because of the gas pumps the way they have them .

I went through the drive thru and ordered the 2 for 7 deal . I got no more than 5 minutes away and discovered I only had 1 sandwich instead of 2 . I immediately called and told the manager (Ashley) what had happened and she said come back with the receipt and it would be taken care of . Guess what no receipt was in the bag . This has happened before. (Please would a Area Manager contact me). Thank you

After ordering my food and sitting down to eat I realized the fries were extremely old. I asked for nacho sauce to help improve the cold fries, because the thought of having to wait forever for new hot fries was horrible . Across the dining room from the register the manager made it very clear to me there was a charge for the sauce. With that being said I returned my tray with the old fries and asked for fresh ones. Not once did the manager apologize for the cold fries, nor me having to wait 3+ minutes for fresh ones. The manager (Noah) delivered the fries to my table, and again he didn't extend an apology for any of the inconveniences he caused me. Not to mention my roast beef sandwich was ice cold by the time I received my fresh fries. He was extremely unfriendly and unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend anyone to eat here. Poor service and the food wasn't up to the standards set by Arby's.

We stopped here on our trip down south and the service was great. The cashier saw our puppy and asked if she could give him a pup cup. We were not expecting that and she delivered with the biggest cup of whipped cream for our pup. She was so nice and so excited to give him a pup cup. So nice and would come here again for the pup cup.
Had the crispy chicken wrap. It was delicious, hot, and tasted very very fresh.
