I eat at this place almost every day and I get a bad meatball sub and they refuse to replace it. I called and no manager was on duty. Several days later a manager finally there and wants me to return the food. This place is not run by competent people

Stopped at Noon and two people working. Moved pretty fast. They were organized, friendly, and most importantly didn't mess up our order. nothing to complain about which is kind of unusual for a fast food/gas place.

Slowest subway service I have ever seen. It took the guy almost 10 minutes to make two sandwiches and he didn't acknowledge anyone in the line the whole time (he must have been working on an online order).

We stopped on our way through from South Carolina. The young girl who made our sandwiches was nice and polite. There were 8 people that walked in after us and whoever was in the back did not come out and help. Very very unprofessional. That poor girl was trying as best she could but an extra set of hands would of helped so she wasn’t so stressed out.

People are always nice. Food is always good but every time we order a sandwich from here and want it toasted it's always cold.
I have 4 slices of turkey on my 12inch sub, they had lettuce but one container looked like slop and the other that the girl said was fresh wasn't far from being mush. If you don't want to work with the public don't work... Harper road BP location is way better if you want a descent sub and not paying 18 bucks for trash.

Ordered a steak egg and cheese toasted but the egg was still cold even after being toasted. They need to make sure they heat the egg up first before putting on your sub and then toast.

Rude staff, menu is NEVER correct and they turn every sandwich into a Flatbread. Management is always absent or outside chainsmoking. Do yourself a favor and stay as far away from this Subway as possible.
