Closes at 10pm, way to early? It use to be 11pm but I qot there at 10:08pm and they were closed. It sucks whenever you really really have an emergency and need otc meds or something that can't wait for a sick child.

You should be ashamed. Making our honorable veterans sit outside in the cold. They deserve much more respect than this. If our community had any backbone at all they would band together and boycott your store.

This Krogers is clean and staff is okay My job requires me to visit various Krogers on a daily basis Most of them are pretty good locations to shop for your food, drinks, flowers and beauty needs I would highly recommend to shop any Krogers location

My family has bought the Deli Rotisserie Chickens multiple times and they weren't fully cooked. Red in parts, made us sick as we ate some before realizing it. Do NOT buy them. We keep hoping they would start better cooking their food, but we've made them aware of it several times and they continue to sell them, undercooked.

I've been in there twice to buy a money order.ove the last week or 2. The 1st.time the machine was broke. The 2nd time, the machine.works, but.nobody is working the customer service counter.

Went to south charleston wv kroger tonight August 5 2019 at approximately 11:15 at night got my groceries went to the checkout none were open I ask if they had a cashier the rude guy in the flannel that was stocking said we have 6 cash registers open I said where is the cashier the registers were all closed except self checkout I don't use self checkouts I said I'm leaving you don't have a cashier the guy starts yelling at me and using profanities at me and starts poking me in the face he was trying to start a fist fight because I refused to use self checkout
Good Store, friendly staff even has a red box out front and always open. All good things to look for in a grocery store. -Rich

Went and picked up my daughters birthday cake today after ordering it online. Her cake was supposed to be yellow and instead it was white! My order confirmation e mail even said that I had ordered a yellow cake! I won't be getting anymore cakes from there!

Nice, professional and staff is well trained. Recently my grand daughter turned five years old and we ordered her cake from kroger. My son originally ordered white cake and paid at when he placed the order but when he gave me the receipt it showed half and half which was ok mistake. At her party we discovered when we cut it that it was all chocolate which she can not have. She naturally had a melt down as five year olds do. We cut the cake and served it to her guest but unfortunately she had none. The day after her party I phoned kroger about the mistake and the bakery manager immediately offered to make her a completely new cake or refund my money, even after explaining that we had served the cake to our guest. They refunded me the full amount for the cake with no problem. I then purchased a small cake so my grand daughter could have some. Staff is always willing to help any time I have needed and go above and beyond what any other grocery store I have shop at does. Their prices are very good when using your kroger card.

This is the worse location I have ever been to. Our cashier Pattie was wonderful but the bagger was rude. Just kept throwing stuff in cart on top of other things that got crushed. When I asked him to be careful he smarted off. The manager Mr. Mullins could have cared less as he observed this. I will never shop this location again. Ever. Gucci Kroger has my business. Always delightful there
