Mac&cheese was cold, below room temperature cold, don't know if it was good or not. Didn't eat it.12" Philly was OK. Meat was freshly grilled, but the bread was fresh out of the fridge and cold, not grilled or toasted at all.Drinks are canned.Wasn't the best meal, wasn't the worst. Probably won't go back for a second chance.Polish hoagie isn't on the menu anymore. Neither is the seafood platter but it's still being served.

Good food for decent price. It seems a little pricey, but the food portions are worth the price. The owner & two female employees are hospitable, friendly, welcoming. They provide amazing service. The dining room is clean. The owner and the younger girl that works there are amazing cooks! They always cook it just how I ask for it!Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly, for sure! The ladies that work there always engage with the kids, & the owner is very respectful of their presence.
It is the best BBQ around. I am from TX and TN areas, and I know BBQ. This place is blessed to have this restaurant.

First of all, name has changed to Hatfield's Rib House. I have eaten here when they first opened & it was pretty good. This time is was GREAT! We were greeted as soon as we came in and the lady gave us our drinks. It was a Tuesday afternoon, so it wasn't super busy. I think there were 3 other groups of patrons. We ordered a couple things to try & we were not disappointed! I ordered the bourbon chicken with rice and broccoli, my sister ordered the Philly cheese steak with fries and onion rings. She also ordered a hamburger to try. I didn't get a pic of the hamburger, but it was huge also. One thing about it, you won't leave hungry! The Philly was ginormous! Filled with shaved steak with a perfect spice flavor. Topped with cheese, veggies on soft toasted bread. The French fries and onion rings were fried perfectly. My chicken was grilled and topped with a bourbon sauce that was sweet and spicy, perfect kick of flavor. The rice was good and the broccoli was fork tender and seasoned also. Now for the burger. I ask -how can a plain hamburger taste so good? Idk what magic Mike is doing in that kitchen, but it's something. The hamburger was so tender and the bun was perfect accompaniment for the huge patty. Owner Mike Little came out and chatted with us about the menu and was super helpful about any questions we had. He was very nice. We're planning on going back this week. I would definitely try this hidden gem in Madison!

Amazing place to try and worth the drive from any place around. Went in for the first time tonight and was treated like a local. Got to meet the owner and Chef Mike. He's a stand up guy with a reputable history in the kitchen. Sat down and talked to the co-owner and Chef Tonya as well. We talked about their history and how they came about some of their dynamic flavors. Got the Pulled Pork BBQ and Brisket plate to try with homemade Mac&Cheese and Potato salad. The pulled pork was hands down one of the best I've had in a while, comparable to what I've had in Texas in the meats. But a standalone flavor in sauces. The spicy sauce was zesty with a surprising kick at the end. The brisket meal was very delicious and the meat was tender cooked "moist" as it's been described as apposed to lean (personally, I believe moist is more flavorful). The sides were absolutely awesome, the potato salad left me wanting more, and the Mac&Cheese was flavorful and creamy. If you're in the area, or looking for a good BBQ spot; this is definitely the place.

Kinda hit or miss, last time in ordered bbq sandwich it tasted like canned little chunks of meat with no smoke flavor. Onion rings were pretty good, though. The first time there the bbq was good dunno what changed, maybe just off day. Will prolly try again sometime.

We just found out about this place today. I’m so glad we decided to try it. These guys really know how to cook! They were super friendly and the service was great! We just had cheese fries, the 1 pound burger and a grilled chicken l sandwich with onion rings today, but it was soo good. Literally one of the best burgers around. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND trying this place! We will definitely be going back for sure.

If you are ever in Madison West Virginia this is a place you would want to eat at. Awesome food and great people.But I will say if you are easily offended some may not want to eat here. These are some funny people and don't care about your feelings. I'm sure if you have young kids they probably watch what they say. Me and my wife loved it there.
