the best gluten free pizza right here in Mannington. Well done, Big Momma!

Went for our annual opening day eve dinner. It was very nice. The young ladies working were friendly and very helpful. The salad was pretty amazing if I do say. Fresh ingredients, ample dressing. Very good. The sandwiches were also tasty. Overall, an excellent experience. See you all next year!

I think they're really chintzy on their cheese it's mostly bread dough.( This post was from 5 years ago) I have a new review. We are regular customers at big momma and we love their food in-service is excellent. But I do have a problem with my pizza from last night 11/14/25- I ordered a pepperoni bacon pineapple pizza. Normally they put the bacon on top along with the pepperoni so that it gets cooked. This time they put about half a pound maybe more of raw bacon on the sauce it was cooked into the cheese and the sauce and the dough was not cooked the pepperoni was not cooked it was under the cheese. It was so bad I could not eat it I did manage to eat a couple pieces after taking the cheese off and getting all the raw bacon out of the sauce and picked it out of the cheese. By then I had lost my appetite and could not eat no more I fed part of it to my dogs and I still have some I'm wondering if I should take it back up to the facility today. It's like someone totally started making the pizza a different way then the owner would make it 😭

So I'm very unhappy that I paid over 45$ for this order that wasn't even got half right in the end.And yes I have my printed out receipt that shows my web order stating exactly what was to be on the pepperoni rolls and french dressing for both salads. Also after attempting to call them with my complaint several times with in a 25 min time period, someone finally answers at 6 mins til 9pm and says"We are Closed!" and hangs up without asking my reason for calling. So make sure before you ever leave that you have what you actually ordered bc they won't answer their phones if you try to call after leaving

From Kentucky and visiting family in Smithfield, we took a drive and tried out this restaurant. Tried Buffalo Chicken pizza and it was amazing and my mom got a banana pepper and mushroom pizza and also very good. I will definitely visit this restaurant again when in the area. Food was great!

I am giving a five star for big momma's. We have been getting pizza there for the past 3 years since we moved to Fairview. Never had a complaint. Yesterday my big momma pepperoni pizza was a little over cooked. But this pizza usually blows East of Chicago pizza in shinston out of the water.

It's like rolling the dice . When they get it right , it's the best pizza there is . When they get it right. Check it all before leaving , or it's a long ride back to make it right. Didn't follow our order properly / missing ingredients. Didn't find out til I got home 25 minutes later . A return trip would make it a 2 hr trip (round trip) for a pizza. Just check the pizza , don't ask , check it and you'll soon be eating an awesome pizza
We’ve got a frac fleet in the area & ordered some pizza & wings locally as we usually do Everyone on pad agrees these are the best wings we’ve had in years. We’ve ordered close to a dozen times in the last couple months & every time the quality is outstanding. The pizza is right up there in quality also. Big shout out to Big Mamma’s for being that hidden gem in WV 🤘🏼

Tried to shop local first. Called for 30 minutes during posted hours using three different phones—no answer. Disappointed. Ended up going with TNL and Blackbear Pizza instead—great service there!

Pizza was awesome. Service on the other hand was practically non-existent. Had to ask someone if we could sit at the available table. Had to get up after few minutes to ask if they had menus (and didn't get anymore out) before she said menus are on the counter. After a few minutes when we figured out what we wanted I went up and asked if I order up there. After they brought pizza , which WAS VERY GOOD. No one ever came back. We got there at 8 and it closed at 9...on a Friday night and they started shutting the lights off at 8:45 and never said a word to us.
