It was the worst pizza I've ever had! It was cold and very hard like it was a reheated pizza. My dog ended up eating it! I called them and they were rude! I WILL NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN AND DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE!!

We usually have such a good experience here when Linda is present but, tonight we went there was only two other people in the whole restaurant. I don’t know where they found this waitress but she was so rude and her perfume was too much to be working in public. We finally ordered everyone else’s food came and she says mine had about 8 min left. No big deal 10-15 min goes by we hear them say oh we didn’t even put the calzone in. She didn’t even come and say it would be a little longer so everyone finished eating and I’d yet to get my food and the waitress still got a heck of an attitude when I told them to just box it and I’d take it with us. Such a horrible experience needless to say we will not be dining when this waitress is present again. I get it’s hard to find people to work but lord

Out on one of our weekend day trips, we drove from Pittsburgh to Mannington WV and ended up at Mario's for a late lunch. We were the only diners there. I had one of the specials, the kielbasa grill with cabbage and potatoes. Tasty and reminded me of my late Eastern European Grandma's cooking. My wife had a medium-rare cheese burger with raw onion, which was very good. It came with some of the best French fries we've ever had and we both had the creamy and savory Cole slaw. The staff were very friendly and did a great job preparing the fare. We'll be back.

Food is good and price is great. Took an hour and a half to get a pick up order while 3 to 4 of the workers stood outside and smoked. Waitress was very busy and helpful, even though she had no help. Didn't get our entire order! Will not be going back.

I love their pizza when they make it right... They tell you to give them 30 minutes wait about 1 hour and 10 minutes before you show up and you might only have to wait 5 minutes. They are severely understaffed and you can tell. Everytime i go in they all look so downtrodden and complain about never getting breaks.However they still make great food just sometimes you get a perfect pizza and sometimes your get what used to be pizza but its so burnt on the bottom you have to eat just the toppings.

We order from here at least once weekly. While the staff are friendly for the most part, they are quite inefficient and inaccurate with orders. The last 6 orders we’ve had were wrong, including one with an ingredient a family member has a severe allergy to. We’ve ordered the soup in a bread bowl and received the bread bowl and no soup. We’ve received entree items with no sides. There’s usually no dressing in our side salads. Also the people responsible for checking people out is never able to add up the total if someone didn’t write it down for them? But they use the square service which is incredibly simple and can automatically add sales tax. On the rare occasion the food is correct, it’s good, but unfortunately it’s poorly managed and employees seem undertrained and unprepared which results in looking unprofessional.
