You all need to work on your Rosebud location. I started my “order online” at 12:30pm, a hotdog and fries and the guy that ordered after me that was eating in, got his two hotdogs and fries before me, after I had brought it to there attention. I didn’t get my order until 1:30pm. I realize you are short staffed but there were only three ppl in the restaurant, including myself. My lunch at work was rushed today. My coworkers have had issues in the past too, so it should probably be addressed. We order from you bc we love your food but the majority of ppl that order during lunch work and are limited on time.

Both times I ate here, i ordered a combo meal fries with a drink and 2 chili dogs with mustard and onion. Both times I regretted only getting 2. Quick service and the ladies in the back know how to sling some food. Thank you!

I called in a order and showed up to pick it up was told they was out of what I ordered but they didn't bother to call me back to tell me so I had to wait after working all day to put in another order and wait on it. The staff was rude and not apologize for the inconvenience wish we could get a worth while restaurant in mannington to eat at

My pepperoni roll was supposed to have everything on it. Hardly anything on it and it wasn't even toasted. Very sad. I've been coming here for 20 years. The lady that took my money also walked back to kitchen and made my food, didn't bother washing her hands let alone wear gloves. She was outside smoking when I got there so I doubt she had time to wash her hands then either. Just gross.
