Oh wow, what a fantastic experience at this Dunkin’. Truly a masterclass in how not to run a business.
I ordered a simple six-dollar meal and waited… and waited… and waited. There was literally no one in the store, yet somehow it looked like a scene from a disaster movie. Whoever was running the place seemed allergic to competence.
After 20 minutes, I was informed—brace yourself—that my meal had already been given away. Then, just for fun, I was told they were actually out of it anyway. Magical. Incredible. Inspiring.
Now I’m stuck trying to contact Dunkin’ corporate to get a refund for food I never even received. Spoiler alert: impossible.
Save yourself the headache. Avoid this location like it’s serving hot lattes of disappointment.

Very freaking slow, EVERY SINGLE TIME. I’m a trucker so really don’t have much of an opinion when it comes to dunkin inside trucks stops. This one is on my route every once in a while. I placed a mobile order at 07:02PM and it wasn’t ready until 07:15PM that’s 13 minutes for a coffee and a sandwich. This timeline is a normal thing at this location. But on the bright side at least they don’t mess up my coffee like half the other stores do so that’s a plus lol

Unfortunately, they were out of the food menu items, but substituted with other food. We were on a road trip and didn't realize until many miles away that they didn't put sugar in my coffee. Seriously, it's a button. How can you forget that?

We order from there almost daily and our coffee is always messed up. EVERY SINGLE TIME. The lil girl at the drive through always has an attitude and essentially threw bacon at me when we told her it was cold and had her heat it up. The people that work here are disrespectful and rude and need to learn how to do their jobs properly or find a different job.

If I could give zero stars I would. Long line of customers with plenty of employees working. 1 car in drive thru. Took 35 mins to pickup a DoorDash order. Almost canceled my order several times. Marmet wv do yourself a favor and keep driving. I’d close this place. Also to Dunkin corporate it was extremely dirty and nasty for a new Dunkin. I’d close it

This place is absolutely terrible. Just go down a few miles from this location to another Dunkin. It’s the employees and not the chain itself. My last (and final) experience here was quite interesting. After a 15 minute wait (restaurant was NOT busy) , my food was brought out very cold. The employee then argued with my wife and I that the bacon was “room temperature” and he watched them cook it….listen, I NEVER complain. Had the food been simply warm I would have been fine, or replaced, fixed whatever. But when the food is literally so cold, so cold the cheese, hash browns and burnt bacon stuck to the cup because the cheese got cold enough to solidified to the cup in a manner you had to scrape it off of the cup….come on man….
