We had a pubwich and calzone - both were perfect in every way. Our server was pleasant and the cook came out and asked each guest about their food.
Stopped in to Gino’s while charging my car. Ethan , the manager, was very professional and talked about how the crust was handmade every morning and how they used fresh ingredients. We ordered a pizza and Ethan insisted we try their housemate ranch, which was great! Everyone was very nice who worked there. Great service!
Just ordered for the first time in a while, and was extremely impressed with the food, and customer service compared to before. Ethan the new manager was exceptional, and truly cares about the quality of the food he puts out. He will be the reason we become regulars again! Thank you for the great food.
Marmet Gino’s has finally turned around.
Me and my wife have had not so good experiences there the last couples of times we’ve went and they have a new manager working there by the name of Ethan Adkins and he will be the reason me and my wife start going there instead of somewhere in Kanawha city. Great young kid and wants to be critiqued at the highest level to make sure his food comes out the way it’s supposed to. He was even by himself today working on a two for Tuesday.
Since new management has taken over Gino’s has really changed so much for the best! Great food and great customer service!
Of course. Here’s the updated version:

I had a fantastic experience at Gino’s. My food was fresh, hot, and delicious. What made the visit even better was the service. The manager Ethan personally checked in with me and made sure everything was perfect. He was friendly, professional, and went out of his way to make me feel welcome. It is rare to get that kind of attention and care. I will definitely be coming back.
Ordered pizza and a pubwich. Food was great and employees were friendly. Store is under new management and it definitely shows! A++
I forgot to take a photo of the actual pizza but I have to say..The pizza itself was delicious and the cheese so thick and tasty..only issue is the pizza doe was so thin.
Called at 9:20pm (they close at 10:00pm) and were too lazy to take an order. Also the Marmet Gino’s is the only Gino’s that I know of that doesn’t deliver? Can we get a place in Marmet that takes orders until they say they close and also does deliveries please?
This is regarding Gino’s not the tudors side :)
We went to ginos, and the worker stated that it would be 20 minutes to even get the food then we went to order he proceeds to tell us he’s busy and won’t be able to get to us ordering right now. Mind you, he wasn’t busy he was standing there on his phone. Do better!

Very strange Restaurant to Me in a very small town the food was Ok but not used to getting lettuce on top of My Meatball sub. It may be a West Virginia thing. This place seems very popular with the locals it seemed everybody knows each other.
Food wasn't done when we got there only for it to come out burnt and with very little cheese on our cheese bread sticks

We usually get ours from Sissonville and always good. We moved so tried this location and it went straight to the trash. Crust was hard as a rock and the pepperoni had an odd taste that screamed you're gonna get sick if you eat........

A 10, delicious pizzas and very well priced, great service, don't pay attention to the reviews. We ordered it on the website ahead of time and it also came out very cheap with the offers. We ate while we charged the Tesla
