I came here and visited the Ginos Pizza House for lunch. There were two restaurants and the pizza was great and reasonably priced. Nice place to eat.

Order 2 pizzas. Waited 30 minutes to pick them up. One was ready. The other hadn't been made yet. Waited another 20 minutes. Bullshit. Both should have been made at the same time. One hour later. One cold and one hot. Never again. Pizza hut here I come.

My wife and I was traveling back from Gatlinburg, TN and had been driving all day. We live in Parkersburg, WV and so we decided to stop and eat about an hour from home. As we entered the establishment we was greeted with friendliness and professionalism. The food was outstanding everything was fast and fresh. The staff was great, they treated us like we was family. And last but certainly not least restaurant was very clean. Great job Marmet Ginos. Keep up the good work 👏

We had a pubwich and calzone - both were perfect in every way. Our server was pleasant and the cook came out and asked each guest about their food.

Stopped in to Gino’s while charging my car. Ethan , the manager, was very professional and talked about how the crust was handmade every morning and how they used fresh ingredients. We ordered a pizza and Ethan insisted we try their housemate ranch, which was great! Everyone was very nice who worked there. Great service!

Just ordered for the first time in a while, and was extremely impressed with the food, and customer service compared to before. Ethan the new manager was exceptional, and truly cares about the quality of the food he puts out. He will be the reason we become regulars again! Thank you for the great food.

Marmet Gino’s has finally turned around.

Me and my wife have had not so good experiences there the last couples of times we’ve went and they have a new manager working there by the name of Ethan Adkins and he will be the reason me and my wife start going there instead of somewhere in Kanawha city. Great young kid and wants to be critiqued at the highest level to make sure his food comes out the way it’s supposed to. He was even by himself today working on a two for Tuesday.

Since new management has taken over Gino’s has really changed so much for the best! Great food and great customer service!

I had a fantastic experience at Gino’s. My food was fresh, hot, and delicious. What made the visit even better was the service. The manager Ethan personally checked in with me and made sure everything was perfect. He was friendly, professional, and went out of his way to make me feel welcome. It is rare to get that kind of attention and care. I will definitely be coming back.
