Worst experience ever , food was wrong , food was cold , employees was in to big a hurry to check everything and make sure it was correct , tried to call back and after 7 times trying the employees finally answered .

Food was so good! This was a Thursday early evening we visited. First time at this location & we went through the drive thru. Attendant couldn't hear the order being said because of the wind, but she was very patient. Explained every question with ease & gave clear information. It was a pretty fast delivery to the window, as well.
Ugh. The hush puppies 🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤.
As amazing as you would expect from a seafood place. Hopefully they're as good as this all days/hours!

Food was good. And service was good. Only complaint we had was the hood vent over the fryers was broke and it was super smokey from the oil.

Attic needs a visit from code inspector. Men's bathroom is out of hand soap. No toilet paper. Strange looking pipes on men's bathroom wall. Corn tasted strange.

Customer service was good, but the building is in desperate need of repair and updates. There is an open windows on top, that looked like it needed construction repair. First impression: very filthy. The bathroom was so sticky and boppy and a filthy mess! Was afraid to touch anything! Tartar Sauce was out, and ppl. put trash in where the sauce containers should be. Had to ask for them. Fish was very greasy as well. The health department should be called!
*Note: if Long John's is planning on expanding, you need to take this one out of the plans!

Hungry on our way to Ohio, we decided to stop here for some fish & chicken. Out of all the Long John Silvers we have eaten at recently, this one is the best! We had a small wait for the food but it was worth the wait, every single thing came out piping hot, and freshly cooked. The sides were really flavorful as well. I am marking this place as a favorites so we can eat here again when we come up this way again

Listen I know people make mistakes. But I placed a medium sized order.

I had ordered the grilled shrimp. Was given deep fried shrimp. I ordered a resees cheese cake .. didn't get that.

I ordered fish platter with both sides being hush puppies... Didn't get that

While they are friendly ... And they did give me the cheese cake, and what I think was suppose to be grilled shrimp... It looks raw, covered in spices and has the texture of microwaved food

I just didn't get the rest. I was already on the interstate and didn't want to go back for a 3rd time

Absolutely terrible experience.. aside from them being nice .. not worth the 45$ at all. Save your money and go somewhere else

They was also just letting their kids run through the lobby and through the kitchen .. which is not safe at all. Making a bunch of noise

I would give a higher star on service, but it depends on takes your order. Dayshift is not friendly although sometimes they will be a different employee which is. The fish & shrimp & chicken is always dark, hard & not pleasant to eat.Looks nothing like the advertisement. And God forbid you say anything, they will talk about you & turn their back & whisper to another employee, then walk to the back. Not for sure, but I believe it’s the store manager. The floors are greasy, & I always smell and feel like the grease, pretty sure the ventilation doesn’t work properly. With that being said, if you want great food, service/quality/cleanliness visit the South Charleston store. And yes, tried to call corporate, no call back, tried contacting the District manager, no return call so, there it is.

They service there when I go during the day has always been excellent, and the food has never disappointed me. The staff was excellent.
