I'm a truck driver and this has become a favorite stop of mine, the parking is ample, the sheetz menu is great and there is a Kroger and family dollar in walking distance if you need a grocery run. Sits right near charleston where getting off looking for pakring is risky if you dont know the area also

Girl at the register was rude to me like always. I went outside and came back in talking to another person there to get information to file a complaint and she started running her mouth. She stood in that store not helping customers and it was packed and screamed saying I was ignorant and stupid. The manager came over and she still stood there with a line full of people running her mouth and the manager said nothing. I go there every day and get cigarettes. Between gas and cigarettes I spend probably $790 a week there. I will never walk in this store and spend another penny.

I dont know about food or c store part, I didn't use it however on the issue of the semi diesel side, when I went to pre pay, They told me they could only give me a small recipe because the big printer wasn't working. I agreed and fueled anyways. I go back in to get my new recipe with the correct charge and all of a sudden they now can't do that either. Said they lost signal with the pumps. Manager was worthless and couldn't even make me up a generic one for DOT purposes. Just gave me a number and passed me off. Lady at customer service couldn't help me either and said someone would have to call me back. Yall clearly have no idea how the trucking industry works and need to have your act together if you're gonna serve us. Their selling fuel left and right and not telling drivers they won't get any recipe. I won't be back. Poor service poor management.

My husband and I would meet here every morning for breakfast. The food is always good. The employees are amazing. We moved and I’m super sad to be leaving this Sheetz.
Trash overflowing in bathrooms and outside. Parking lot needs a power wash. Wonder what the kitchen is like? I expect better from sheetz.

Linzy is the GOAT. Every time I come through the drive through she is so happy and pleasant. She provides an above industry standard of care and customer service. I will definitely continue coming back to Sheetz and look forward to seeing how high up Lindy climbs in her career.

I came here late night for a sandwich. I’m a truck driver. They served me molded bread. I. Called to notify them. The lady at the back that made my sandwich said I would have to come all the way back for a refund. Meanwhile I’m a truck driver and I stated this to her. She told me that’s the only way I could get my money back after spending $40 if corporate reads this. Today is Friday and irs 11:29 PM August 08th so whoever was working on this night needs better customer service skills. As well as being taught to not serve molded bread. HORRIBLE experience
