On my last trip to Applebee's, I had an over worked server, but she was very nice. One person in my party got bottomless ribs, that was never refilled once during the almost 2 hours we were there. I don't blame the waitress, as another table assaulted her and the manager took the man that assaulted the waitresses side. I witnessed the assault. I watched the manager apologize to the customer and be rude to the waitress. The customer continued to be rude and the manager returned to the table. Towards the end of the meal the waitress apologized to us and brought 2 rounds of ribs. I paid and tipped over 20 percent as she was not at fault. I did ask to speak to said manager and he refused and continued to joke with the man that assaulted a female staff member and caused a poor dinning experience to the other customers. That man definitely was more important than the waitress and other customers.

Waited 20 minutes while our waitress had yet to greet us. A/C was broken and it was very hot inside. We were going to get several things to go. The waitress did not greet us so we left. Extremely poor service.

I came here to eat with my husband, daughter, infant and my mother. First off they seated us at a table where my daughters infant car seat was just sat in the middle of the aisle in a little sling. Complete tripping hazard and dangerous. The place was empty they could've sat us at a larger table where the car seat could take the place of a regular chair.

I ordered a frozen margarita that tasted disgusting. Just basically watered down tequila, I asked the server to take it back and get me a long island ice tea. Same thing happened where it was just watered down and tasted nasty. I gave up at that point and just drank it anyways.

My food was cold coming out and the portions were small. Everything was really overpriced too.

The only saving grace was that our server was very nice and kind. Won't be coming back though.

15.99 all you can eat is a joke. The steak tips are mostly bones and annoying to try to eat. The shrimp is tiny and oily. The chicken tenders are barely pinky finger size. You get the worst cuts of everything and you end up being disappointed and leave after the second serving not even finishing the food because it's gross, small, oily, and mushy. False advertising at its finest.

Food and service were good. Had to send back 2 bowls of french onion soup that weren't as hot as we like. Issue was quickly corrected.

This place seemed like it was on life support. The staff was just going through the motions doing their job. The food was mediocre. The bar top was sticky from lack of cleaning. Nothing is being put into the place to keep it up. The display on the tvs was distorted. I didn’t know if I would make it out of the bathroom as my feet were sticking to the floor. I’m not even sure why I gave it 2 stars.
