Applebee's Grill + Bar

This place seemed like it was on life support. The staff was just going through the motions doing their job. The food was mediocre. The bar top was sticky from lack of cleaning. Nothing is being put into the place to keep it up. The display on the tvs was distorted. I didn’t know if I would make it out of the bathroom as my feet were sticking to the floor. I’m not even sure why I gave it 2 stars.

On a rare evening, I was having a sleepover with my granddaughter. I took my 9-year-old granddaughter out for an evening meal at Martinsburg Applebee's location. Our server was very nice. The food was horrible. As I cleared my granddaughters bowl I found a dirty stamp/sticker in her macaroni and cheese.
Manager came over apologized but never asked for her name or any contact information to check on how she's been since the incident.
Dirty not clean restaurant. I'm not sure if it came off of the floor or what. Very disappointed

My family love Applebee’s and had for thirty years. From the time my hubby and I were teenagers to now our daughter being 27 and her baby 1. We love it Great food Great prices. Always friendly service. Affordable

We had take out and the shrimp sirloin and ribeye where horrible way underdone and no flavor and when we did heat it up it was to hard to east the only thing I ate was the shrimp and my broccoli this was Valentine's Day and it sucked never again

I love every time I go to Applebee's! Although I don't find every dish the best, the ones that I do get are absolutely phenomenal! Just all of it depends on your taste. I have always had a good waiter or waitress other than one experience. The atmosphere is definitely great and I feel that it caters to my needs. I definitely feel as if even the boneless wings here are better than Buffalo wild wings!

Only came back for second time in a month because I needed copies next door; had luke warm chicken with cold shrimp the first time, and an overcooked, disgusting steak the second time. Literally the worst piece of meat I have ever tasted.

Went here yesterday to take advantage of 9.99 deal. Waste of time. Place resembles a old Ruby Tuesday. Did have 3 people wait table. Still slow service with 3. Waitress was so confused and slow. Only had 2 tables.
So called cheeseburger. One cheap piece lettuce. Burger was horrible. Fries were frozen Walmart no tasting. Don't they were cheap frozen fries from bag. No taste. Time this place calls it a shot. No all hot chicks don't hang out here. An neither will I ever again.

Absolutely horrible.. The wings where over cooked and petrified, the burger was overcooked and like eating a piece of charcoal between two slices of bread. The French fries where cold and tasted old and dry. In total it was a massive waste if 80$. The food quality was awful.. 👎

Our waitress Jacee, was one of the best servers I have had in a long time. She made our time great, food was amazing. 10 stars, thanks for the great service.

Came in with a friend after a long day of traveling. Her drink took probably 10 minutes to come out, and the server barely spoke to us. Didn't even introduce herself.
Other than the appetizer of wings, which were good, the food was mediocre at best. Not warm, very bland, and server never checked on us again so couldn't get it fixed ;(
