We have tried this 2 times. Each time it took over 1 hr after ordering our food to be served. First time was last Sat evening about 6pm. Was seated and the waitress took our drink order immediately and we ordered our food. After waiting 45 minutes for our food I asked the waitress how much longer because I was very hungry. It took over 1 hr to be served. We gave them benefit of the doubt, went again on Wed. Again I took over 1 hr for my husband to get the special and for a Reuben sandwich. Will not go back.

Anytime I try to order something with cinnamon sugar - the man working there says they don’t have any then basically yells at you when you ask why. The other day I witnessed someone else walk up and ask for cinnamon sugar and he did the same thing.

If I could give zero stars I definitely would. From the moment I walked up to the counter the guy was rude and had a nasty attitude during my ordering process. When I went to go use my card the card reader kept giving an error and instead of him trying to listen to me and take a look at it he just kept saying DECLINED, DECLINED, DECLINED. I showed him my account has money in it that its not my card since I literally just used it at Walmart before walking up to order. When I asked to speak to a manager he claimed to be the manager. Claimed he's been in customer service all his life and does good at it blah blah blah. If he is the manager I hope you rethink keeping him on board especially with that kind of attitude he uses representing your business. I would be embarrassed to have someone like him running any store I own.

I ordered a frozen blue Berry lemonade and it was MELTED. It is so sour it doesn’t even taste like lemonade. It’s just nasty, they wouldn’t let me get a large option when there was a large option. Last time I buy from here again

This place is a major joke. They won't hire any MALES, atleast none that are minors, but will hire females that are minors. Why is that? On top of that, they don't properly clean and it's pretty disgusting. And the relationship drama that unfolds for the public to see between two grown adult men is unbelievable. I used to LOVE this place as a teenager, however, now I wouldn't spend a penny there.
