I will say, I absolutely absolutely love the cappuccino blast. It is very inconsistent, but as far as the customer service goes with this place, they do go above and beyond I have spoke to the owner of the franchise and the manager, which has turned this place around last summer last summer it was absolutely horrific. I don’t know if anybody remembers that, but as far as customer service goes, they are amazing. They are trying their hardest to solve some of the problems with the inconsistency with the drinks very helpful. Might not be able to get my coffee all the time at least the one that I really really like I always just get a different one if they don’t have the blast , but if you go to this place, you have a very, very great manager named Brandy to speak to you if you ever have any issues,

Horrible service 3 times in a row. Each visit was the same. Stand there ready to order with no other customers in the store. Wait 5 plus minutes with out a greeting or acknowledgment that we're there. Finally order and they are "out of the ingredients ". No reason to go there again.

They didn't have any sugar cones but the ice cream was perfect the portions were Fair and it was much better visit than last time the weight was less than 2 minutes and will definitely be back

Was greeted after about 10 mins being in the restaurant then was told they would be right with us that the drive thru comes first. Then the girl had to run into the back to take a phone call instead of helping 3 customers. The gentleman that was working was literally running the corner and window. He was just so sweet.

Garbage customer service, if you can even call it that. Didn’t have what I needed for a doordash order, and instead of cancelling it themselves so i could get my money back, they sat back and had the dasher uselessly tell me they couldn’t make my food. Thanks for wasting my money and my time, don’t bother with an ice cream joint that apparently doesn’t have ice cream.

Worst customer service. While five employees were standing behind the counter talking. A few walked right past the register and did not even acknowledge me I finally asked someone cleaning the floor if anyone was ever going g to take my order for the ice cream. One girl spoke up and said I can take the order but I can’t dip the ice cream. At that point I walked out with my kids.
