ZERO STAR!!!!! Came to this martinsburg location visiting from out of town. Ordered online, only 2 items both unavailable. Requested a refund at the window apparently they don’t do refunds in store I had to do it online. That was a joke! There’s no option to do it online. I called corporate no answer and called the local store no answer. Ended up disputing it with my bank. DO NOT order online. Better off going to Diary Queen around the corner. Do better!! 😒🙄

Watched the employee scoop ice cream with their gloved hand for a DoorDash order and still touching other things to then scoop with the same gloved hand.

Everytime I ordered from this Baskin, its a disappointment. I ordered a strawberry cheesecake milkshake, it literally just tastes like watery milk. The last time I ordered a milkshake, it was the galactic and it didn't have any of the pieces in it that it was supposed to.

Ordered a Sundae, waited 15 minutes. I asked about order, they said they weren’t sure if they had a banana. So if i hadn’t asked I guess they’d still be debating the existence of a banana. Then they asked how I ordered, I told them the kiosk. The woman said i shouldn’t have ordered from it, despite the younger girl telling me to order from it. 10 more minutes waiting on Schrodingers banana…….. does it exist? David Evans Strickler, Is spinning in his grave over this sorry excuse for a Banana Split. This place has too much young staff standing around doing nothing. Never stop there again.

Went in to get some icecream and they were out of 12 flavors!! what's going on? Clearly the owner doesn't care about the baskin Robin part of his business or those customers!

Since the owner can't be bothered with the baskin Robin side I won't bother to visit the dunkin side.

Found - 1 BR with no chocolate flavor(s). Also out of 5 other flavors. Can’t sell from an empty store! Won’t be back.

I will say, I absolutely absolutely love the cappuccino blast. It is very inconsistent, but as far as the customer service goes with this place, they do go above and beyond I have spoke to the owner of the franchise and the manager, which has turned this place around last summer last summer it was absolutely horrific. I don’t know if anybody remembers that, but as far as customer service goes, they are amazing. They are trying their hardest to solve some of the problems with the inconsistency with the drinks very helpful. Might not be able to get my coffee all the time at least the one that I really really like I always just get a different one if they don’t have the blast , but if you go to this place, you have a very, very great manager named Brandy to speak to you if you ever have any issues,

Horrible service 3 times in a row. Each visit was the same. Stand there ready to order with no other customers in the store. Wait 5 plus minutes with out a greeting or acknowledgment that we're there. Finally order and they are "out of the ingredients ". No reason to go there again.

They didn't have any sugar cones but the ice cream was perfect the portions were Fair and it was much better visit than last time the weight was less than 2 minutes and will definitely be back

Was greeted after about 10 mins being in the restaurant then was told they would be right with us that the drive thru comes first. Then the girl had to run into the back to take a phone call instead of helping 3 customers. The gentleman that was working was literally running the corner and window. He was just so sweet.

Been trying to get pints or quarts from the Foxcroft store for several months now, and they NEVER have the containers! They have my flavor, but never the containers!
