Waited 50 minutes for meal, drinks weren't right, couldn't get a straw or ice water. Meal was terrible, dried out chicken. I would do negative numbers if I could.

This review is a zero star rating. Went there on Father's Day. It took approximately 20 minutes to be seated. Waitress took our drink order and returned 2 minutes later with our drinks and then took our food order. 10 minutes later people that were seated after us were receiving their meals so after waiting 25 minutes with no waitress checking on us and another table receiving their food we got up and walked out. This place is a joke when it comes to customer service. As we were getting in our vehicle there was an individual out back smoking so I guess customers don't matter. The Bob Evans in Hagerstown, Maryland is far superior to this joke of a restaurant. Never again.

Waitress did a good job,but the kitchen help needs a course in MULTI TASKING..Food was good n it was hot just took an HOUR to get it. They were doing 1 order at a time..
The food was okay but could definitely have been better (steak tips were not cooked very well, almost like they were boiled). The server was nice and did a good job, but she seemed to have a lot to deal with..

Reasonably priced food done well, I had a burger and fries, wasn’t a big burger but it wasn’t a big price. I also had a peach tea that was yummy. I think maybe my waitress was new at her job because things were forgotten and missed. My wife got the wrong order but she just ate it instead of waiting for a fix.

Hannah aka Hannah Banana was a wonderful server. She was friendly, attentive, and very knowledgeable. She made the experience better than the normal great experience that I have had at other Bob Evans restaurants. I will definitely stop in again.

Worst service ever. We waited 8 minutes just to be seated. The place was almost empty and there was no staff at the front. 30 minutes for our food and then 5 minutes for our silverware. The only time our waitress ever spoke to us was when she took our order. I don't know how it's possible, but my potato soup was rubbery. My son had turkey and stuffing with four literal scraps of turkey, no gravy to speak of. The only save was my daughters cold turkey sandwich. No one ever checked on us at all and had to ask for the check. Waiting another 7 minutes for that. Horrible!

We waited 15 minutes in an empty restaurant just to be seated, no one even acknowledged us standing there after 15 minutes we left and went next door to the dinner where we were sat immediately.
