The food was mediocre at best and far below the quality of other bob evans locations the bacon tasted rather stale and was brought out barely warm the egg
beaters used in the scrambled eggs were under cooked and it seemed that each dish they brought our food out on had dried crusted food from other meals on them. I didn't know dishes didn't get washed at bob evans and I will not be returning

This place was horrible from the time we walked In the door til the time we got our cold food. The service was trash the food they should have just kept in the freezer because that is where it came from! The manager did nothing to to even try to make things better. An all together bad experience. Will never go back again
I will never eat there again

I rated everything on the experience we had at breakfast today. The person that was seating us was every friendly. It took a few minutes for us to get drinks. After we ordered our food it took us 30 minutes to get the food. When bring our food to the table all meals was right but one, they redid the one that was wrong that took like 15 minutes to get and the other 2 people was almost done with there food. The server did not know what she did wrong so someone else came to the table, then the server came back and said sorry she put the order in wrong, then im taking it was the manger that but the food to the table. A word of advice better people.

I got the $119 Thanksgiving meal this year. It was horrible!!! The carrots were half cooked, the green beans tasted like they were right out of the can, the turkey was not very good due to the seasonig, the dressing was absolutely gross....way way to much celery seed. My guest were disgusted after them I paid $119. The only thing that was good was the pumpkin pie. Even the rolls seemed like they came out of the freezer and set out to thaw. Ours were cold, especially in the middle. They really should give me a refund. I threw it all in the trash.
The food was terrible, I don't know what happened but the omelette was overdone, the fried chicken didn't taste like chicken. We had to ask for our biscuits, the appetizers didn't come until after we received our meal. I was really disappointed

Not only did we wait 40 minutes for our food to come out but they made part of our meal and set it under the heat lamp for the whole time to the point the eggs turned hard and rubbery. This place is poorly managed at best and a complete disaster at face value. There was no excuse for it to take so long as there were only a few patrons in the establishment. 10/10 would not recommend anyone visit this place as they don't seem to want to work anyway

Very disappointed in meal for Thanksgiving. Bought the regular Thanksgiving meal and it only had turkey and green beans with very little gravy.
Everything was good except the food , the waitress told us the plate was HOT, Then we tried the food and it was cold ,but Everything else was good , Most likely will never go back

40 dollars for 2 breakfasts only to get home and find the sausage patties taste like cleaning chemicals. Disgusted and never going back.
Edit* I did as the comment below from Bob evans suggested and reached out to the company online. Their idea of recompense is a 10 dollar gift card. I was just disgusted but now I am disgusted and insulted. They'll serve you crap and then after telling you to reach out not take you seriously.
