We got the pot roast feast for 8. Picked it up Wednesday evening. The sweet funny manager handled our order. He was kind & really seems to enjoy people & his crew. Got everything home & heated in turkey day. Everything was sooo good,there was hardly anything left the next day. Would definitely do it again! Came this morning for breakfast. Thanks Bob evens in martinsburg!

Called in an Order prior to Thanksgiving Day. Was told it would be ready around 2:40 PM. Showed up closer to 4 PM after shopping for a few hours before the pick up. When they asked my name and I provided it they had around 20 tickets on the counter top to look through. They told me they were backed up because someone had put in an order for 75 meals. I watched two additional families come in and get their order and leave with a minimal wait and I was still waiting over 40 minutes. They then asked my name again and I gave it to them. After a few minutes they checked in with me under the wrong name, which I gave them my name again. They then asked my name a 3rd time after a few more minutes and addressed me with the wrong name a second time.
I went ahead and canceled the order because at this point I had been waiting over an hour for 2 dinners I had called in earlier in the day. They said they would have to call corporate to cancel the order because they couldn't do it at the time.
After I had canceled my order the Manager I was speaking with let me know that my order had actually been ready at 2:40 PM and had been sitting there and that there was a large mix-up with my name.
Unfortunately, since I had started the cancelation process, I just decided to leave without the order, because I was extremely frustrated with the service and that at the very least, they could not get my name correct or plainly ask and take my name so they could verify that my food was ready, when I told them I had called earlier.

I ordered 2 family meals this week, along with 2 pies, and the roast beef meal was absolutely delicious! My order was fulfilled on time and Derrick (and crew) were very friendly and ensured everything was there (and to my liking). Thank you for your great customer service and I am looking forward to ordering a Thanksgiving Feast from you.

Waited 50 minutes for meal, drinks weren't right, couldn't get a straw or ice water. Meal was terrible, dried out chicken. I would do negative numbers if I could.

I'm glad I tried this place out. My family loves a good breakfast spot and was disappointed when we didn't have many options like we were used to (IHOP, Denny's, etc ). Serve and food have been great so far.

This review is a zero star rating. Went there on Father's Day. It took approximately 20 minutes to be seated. Waitress took our drink order and returned 2 minutes later with our drinks and then took our food order. 10 minutes later people that were seated after us were receiving their meals so after waiting 25 minutes with no waitress checking on us and another table receiving their food we got up and walked out. This place is a joke when it comes to customer service. As we were getting in our vehicle there was an individual out back smoking so I guess customers don't matter. The Bob Evans in Hagerstown, Maryland is far superior to this joke of a restaurant. Never again.
