My previous review was removed. Food was unfortunately bland and we tried it twice. We really wanted this place to be good, as this city doesn't have a lot of higher end options. Now it seems to me that there may be some review manipulation going on, so this is now a 1 star review. I'm sure they will try to remove this one too.

Once again we are back at Brix 27 and their dinner menu is exceptional. We had the filet and the salmon and there were no leftovers. As a person who doesn't like seafood, I can tell you I would have eaten that salmon it was that good. The filet was outstanding. So tender I could cut it with fork. I did have it butterflied but I still had it over medium. The peppercorn sauce set it off perfectly. The beauty of the evening meal is that they have wine pairings to help you with your choices. The 1924 Urban Bourbon barrel Cabernet Sauvignon was amazing. Lastly, We had the bourbon glazed pecan crusted bread pudding. Fantastic is all I can say. We devoured it. PS ask for Connie! She was our server and she was amazing.

Last week was my first time coming here. ~I wasn't sure on what to expect as this was also a first date and pictures are what I had to rely on (~The pictures look great!)
So... I gave it a shot.
Coming in, I was greeted kindly and taken to a secluded spot for my lady and I. ~The atmosphere was great and the vibe felt right. Everything looked clean and the lights were nice; it made us feel calm.
We then met our waitress Connie B. ~Connie was sweet and polite, gave us the time that we needed to decide what we'd liked. She even helped us get a picture that night.
The lady and I ordered Flat Bread (~Pizza) and a side of fries. ~It was muy delicioso.
One thing that my lady would repeat was how nice this place was. ~Because of this experience, we had a pleasantful night.
~We will be coming back.

My husband and I decided to enjoy a much-needed night out after a tough week, and we decided on Brix 27, a local hot spot in Martinsburg. The vibe was cozy and welcoming, making it the perfect place to unwind.
We started our meal with some appetizers that absolutely wowed us: whipped feta cheese and pita with blistered tomatoes, mussels, and deviled eggs. Each dish was not only beautifully presented but also packed with flavor—every bite was a joy!
My hubby had the shrimp and grits featuring andouille sausage, and it was simply amazing. I had the crabcakes, which were just as delicious. We both chose a Golden Monkey Belgian beer, and it paired perfectly with our meals.
To finish off our delightful dinner, we indulged in dessert— the flourless chocolate cake and the lemon mascarpone puff pastry were both heavenly. We washed everything down with a beautiful French press coffee, which was the perfect ending to our meal.
Our server Jude was top-notch—friendly and attentive without being overbearing, which really enhanced our experience. Sitting by the window was a lovely touch, allowing us to enjoy some people-watching while we savored our fantastic dinner.
Overall, we were thoroughly pleased with our evening at Brix 27. It was such a wonderful night out that we can’t wait to return!

Great place. Cool vibe and decor. Super friendly staff and they were very attentive. Connie was our server and she was awesome. We started with the charcuterie board and had the crab cakes and the braised short rib as our main courses. Both were excellent.

When I'm eating fries and or calamari I don't really want to eat just breading. The calamari was burned a little bit which I was not really a fan of. The fries where better but not the best that they could be, they lacked a backing seasoning to them. The pork slider was good. overall it's better as a bar then a place to eat.
