ordered 10 count boneless and over half of them were tiny. like fit 2 in your mouth at once tiny. iv eaten walmart frozen chicken nuggets that were bigger. flavor was good though, came out fast. I remember back in the day when 1 boneless wing was worth 2, sometimes 3 bites

I have been multiple times not from these parts. Came in last night (July 24th) for a quick bite. I had a single paper Aldi bag for shoppign at Wal-Mart afterward. Sat for 5 minutes before being accosted a staff member demanding to perform a 'bag check' on me. Did not ask- demanded to search the contents of my bag. Seemed disappointed to find my phone charger and a plastic bag. Explained no outside food or drink.

He did not identify himself, was incredibly rude and when asked if this was policy was written down he claimed ot was but did not provide the policy l. I asked if he also checked women's purses for outside contraband he stated no. He admitted he singled me out on orders of his general manager.

Bar staff Alyssa and Doug are amazing and the food is amazing. If you like an evening of great food and unknown staff members literally demanding bag checks upon entering then this place is for you!

We went here for the endless appetizer promotion and saw the beer cheese cheesesteak and decided to order it as well. Appetizers were good but this sandwich should be sued for calling itself a cheesesteak. While staff and manager were professional, the manager said corporate makes them portion out the steak in small portions and they couldn’t do anything about it. This isn’t even mentioning the issue with the lack of cheese and it missing the grilled onions. I understand portion size and that it’s not going to look exactly like the picture, but this is absolutely pathetic. Next time I’ll stick to ordering wings from the wing place.

Food is just okay, rarely ever impressed and tonight is just more of the same old. Ordered takeout and the boneless wings were cold by the time I got home. Some of the bites it was clear they were freezer burnt or just sitting out all day. Would love to see the quality get back to where it was 15 years ago. Inside was pretty nice but exterior area is a bit sketchy, decent place to snag a beer or watch a sports game. Not a great takeout location or experience

Not quite what I remember BWW being. Noiser and we had beat the crowd. No wait when we got there, but as we were leaving the waiting area was packed.

Terrible service, walked into to grab a quick cup a cup of water for my dog who was waiting in the car, I got ignored for 10 minutes, I guess because I have autism I'm not a human being, huh? I should file a lawsuit, my dog is a big black Pitbull and could've suffered from heatstroke.

Got my order wrong. Didn’t label any sauces. Said they put extra chili on the side for my nachos and it was marinara sauce. Asked for extra sour cream, it was blue cheese. Asked for mild wings, got plain. Never again.
