First visit to BK in years and was disappointed. The food was cold and sandwiches were very sloppy. We didn't finish our meal . It's a shame was giving BK a second chance and they let us down again. Won't be back.

Got there a hour and 20 minutes before closing. The floor was mopped and we asked if we could eat in. They said the floor was mopped. We finally got them to let us order our food. We chose to eat in ourselves. Our feet were not dirty. Thankfully they made some fries but the burgers were cold. Real disappointing since we had been driving 11 hours and were very hungry.
I placed the order online to save time and 10 minutes later they had NOT prepared it I had to ask for the order and at that moment they did it, they mixed up my order and the worst thing was a belch that a kitchen employee made in my

Just got bacon cheese burgers an double cheese burger an fries all three burgers was burnt black an fries cold as ice 10/ 9/ 2023 at 623 pm . If I call them an tell them they would make it good but who wants to drive all the way back on the other side of town . No one has time for all that an the manager was there as well . Don't know what happen to that place we use to go there all the time . I mean how hard is it to flip the thin burgers once or twice . Smh
