On multiple occasions, my drive thru orders have been incomplete orders. Most recent order 3 salads didn't receive any salad dressing and tops for any of the salads, thus can't eat them with the right salad dressing and the salad doesn't taste right.
Other occasion the same thing happened with no dressing, no condiments, and missing fries from meals.
Now I guess I will be calling Chick-fil-A tomorrow to ask what food am I paying for if I can't even eat it because you're not giving me the whole meal to eat?

The very nice lady that greeted me at drive thru. Cold outside, but still had a great smile! Sat morning, 7:30…I ordered on mobile app. She said they were offing a free drink to Seniors and took the charge off my ticket. # 11246512. This “team member “ is a true reflection of your business and proves that great service is rewarding. Thank you. I’m a customer that will continue to return!

Wow “thanks” so much for THREE large fries only half way filled and then all but ONE of our 8 sauces busted open in the bag so we just had to use left over sauce that we had at home that we THANKFULLY had because we were already home. 90% of the time when I go here, the sodas taste flat or not like soda at all. This place really needs to step it up, I’m tired of getting half filled fries, disgusting soda, and busted sauces that go all over the items and the bag. They are friendly, but the food quality has definitely gone downhill.
