Me and my best friend and my daughter went there tonight and Shannon was our waitress. She was awesome. She made us feel like we were at home. Our food was perfect. We never had to ask for anything. This lady has her stuff together. Her personality was wonderful so if you ever go to this restaurant in Martinsburg on Foxcroft Chili’s Ask for Shannon this girl will make sure that your experience of eating out with your family will be awesome very friendly, outgoing and as much as food costs today she even told us how we could save money by ordering instead of just a rack of ribs for the same price. If you order a rack of ribs, you get three sides so really for a order of rack of ribs. We got two males. We got a rack of ribs with two sides and some chicken quesadillas for the same price of just a rack of ribs. This lady seemed to care about me my friends and my daughter. It was awesome One of the best experience I’ve had at a restaurant in my entire life and I eat out most of my life and I am 56 years old you go Shannon sell those baby back ribs and just a side note. If you’re Shannon‘s boss, this girl deserves a major raisethanks everybody so if you don’t want to be disappointed, ask for this lady, her personality will blow you away.

I casually mentioned I was feeling so thirsty right after sitting down, and before she even stepped away from taking my order, the runner had already brought me not one, but two refreshing waters—talk about reading minds and exceeding expectations! Shannon’s service is truly award-winning: incredibly attentive, genuinely compassionate, and infused with that warm, welcoming energy that makes you feel like a VIP. It’s the kind of exceptional hospitality that’s worth the trip all on its own, even if the food was subpar (which, trust me, it’s anything but!). This place is a great chain with a huge variety of food options and drinks. They have a nice large bar which mid-high end liquor options as well and a few draft beer options to select from. The triple dipper is a must when coming here, and they have some of the best chain burgers out there. Nashville Hot Mozz sticks did not disappoint. Great atmosphere and was in and out in a reasonable time, definitely would come back!
