Ordered Hunan Chucken to go with white rice and an egg roll. Specifically asked for the dish to be extra spicy. Barely any spice at all, egg roll was Ok, there was fried rice bot white.

China Spring is one of the best Chinese restaurants around! The food is always hot, fresh, and full of flavor. I’ve tried many dishes here — the orange chicken, beef with broccoli, and fried rice are all amazing. Portions are generous, and the prices are very reasonable for the quality and amount you get.

The staff are always friendly, polite, and quick to help. Whether you dine in or order takeout, the service is fast and reliable. The restaurant is clean and well-kept, and everything is neatly packed when you order to-go.

Highly recommend China Spring to anyone who loves delicious Chinese food at a great price!

The food was amazing and had a large portion, the customer service was great, the restaurant was clean and it was overall a wonderful experience. This might be one of my new favorite Chinese restaurants to go to now, I really enjoyed their cheese wontons, and I highly recommend it to everyone. Will be coming back for sure!

China Spring on Hammonds Mill Road is hands down the best spot for Chinese food in Martinsburg! Every dish is made with incredibly fresh ingredients—you can really taste the quality in every bite. The restaurant itself is sparkling clean, which makes dining in such a pleasant experience. I also love that it’s family owned and operated—you can feel the care and pride they put into both the food and the service.

The portion sizes are beyond generous, and the prices are very reasonable, making it a great value whether you’re eating solo, with family, or grabbing takeout for a group. They also offer Grubhub delivery, which is super convenient for nights when you just want to enjoy their food at home.

If you’re looking for delicious, fresh, and authentic Chinese food with excellent service, China Spring is the place to go. Highly recommend!

The Shrimp Egg here is simply irresistible! Fluffy, silky eggs paired with perfectly tender shrimp make every bite a delight. The flavors are delicate but so satisfying—definitely a must-try dish!”

I don't know how they could mess up fried rice. I got it as part of the combination platter and it was gross. It was yellow rice with just a few vegetables and the texture was wrong. The egg roll was not good, it didn't have much cabbage and the filler was ground up almost like it was pureed. The price was standard for Chinese food. The food just wasn't that great. I would not eat here again. The service was good.

initially the first few times had a great experience. The last 2 times the technician was not great. The first of my 2 experiences they rushed and my gel manicure lasted about 2 days. The last time I decided to give my nails a break and asked for a gel polish take off. The technician started at my nails dry with the dremel. They should always start with acetone to soften and then file. my nail beds are terribly bruised and painful. I don't care if time is money. I tip well no matter what. Gel naturally is rough on nails. They should try minimizing damage. They seemed annoyed when I told them it was painful and recommended acetone first. One hand that they dry filed is bruised and painful to light touch. The other I requested soak and is fine. They should be concerned because you can cause infection by using the wrong take off process.

This place has gone downhill and really needs improvement. The food was nearly flavorless; pale meat, soggy egg rolls, and rice that tasted off. They use parboiled rice now, which in my opinion doesn't work well with Chinese dishes. I noticed the change about a year ago and decided to give it another try today, but unfortunately, it’s gotten worse.

The fortune cookies were stale, and overall, the meal was disappointing. It's a shame because the food used to be much better when they first opened.

On a positive note, the staff is friendly. The restaurant itself isn't very inviting though; definitely more suited for takeout than dine-in.

Great Chinese food!! As soon as I walked in and saw the kids behind the counter I knew the food was going to be good. Had the sweet-n-sour chicken and chicken lo mein. Great flavor and a ton of food for the price. Everything you’d expect from a great Chinese place.
