If I could give less stars I would. The store wasn’t very busy with only one guy ahead of me. The employees were very rude and acted like asking for what I wanted was putting them out. When I asked a question they were condescending and nasty. The management needs to work on the attitudes of their employees and re train them. The portions were also so very small. Not what I’d expect for the price of the bowls. Go elsewhere if you can. Not worth it. This isn’t the first time this has happened and I will definitely be going to another location from now on.

I am expressing my extreme dissatisfaction with my experience at your location today around 5:45 pm. This was my first time going to this location, I should have checked out the reviews on yelp first!
I attempted to place an order for our family of five. I was informed by your staff that there was a limit of two bowls per customer per transaction. This meant that to purchase meals for our entire family, Your staff informed me to complete multiple separate transactions, leaving the store and re-entering the line each time. That means I would have to be in line 3 separate times, 3 transactions in order to get 5 bowls!
When I questioned this policy and requested to speak with a manager, the manager on duty confirmed that this was indeed their policy and was extremely rude about it. This "policy" is completely unreasonable and created a significant inconvenience. It is absurd to expect a customer to repeatedly leave and rejoin a line simply to purchase a reasonable quantity of food for their family.
As a loyal Chipotle customer for many years, I have never encountered such a policy at any other location. We have been eating at Chipotle since it opened and have always been very satisfied.
Due to the inflexible and illogical nature of this policy and the unhelpful attitude of the manager, I was forced to abandon the order and take our business to another restaurant in Hagerstown, MD. This resulted in wasted time and a very negative impression of Chipotle.
Trust me, I will be complaining to corporate because this is beyond unacceptable!

If you’re considering the Chipotle in Martinsburg, WV, do yourself a favor and go anywhere else. Seriously, this place is a joke. You have to pay for double chicken just to get what would be a normal single serving anywhere else. It’s borderline robbery. The portions are laughable, and if you question it, you’ll get rushed through the line with the worst customer service imaginable.
The employees here act like they’re being forced to be there—zero engagement, zero care, and zero effort. They don’t greet you, don’t acknowledge you, and certainly don’t care about making your order correctly. They just shovel ingredients together with the finesse of a bricklayer and push you along like cattle.
If corporate knew how this location was being run, they’d probably shut it down immediately. It’s that bad. The food is subpar, the service is atrocious, and the entire experience feels like a waste of money. If you’re hungry and in the area, trust me—go somewhere else.

Probably the worst run restaurant in the area. The staff is not great and act like doing their job is a hassle, besides a few newer employees. It is common for this place to be out of key ingredients. I ordered a bowl today and it wasn’t even half full. I have contacted support but of course nothing happened. If I was the manager of this location I would be embarrassed at the food served and the employees attitudes.

the food is good but the portioning can be small sometimes. was once met with an extremely rude server complaining about how my burrito was "too wet" while rolling her eyes and sighing loudly. It's my food, not yours, so why do you think it's your place to tell people how they should and shouldn't eat? I guess the big fuss was over her needing to change her gloves after, but so what? As a food service worker with a certification myself, glove changes are mandatory regardless. These employees need to learn respect, and kindness.

I ordered an online bowl. When I arrived, the bag was missing and they were quick to take care of it. They were too quick and not only is there only a 1/4 of my bowl full, you can see there is a clump of white rice mixed into my brown rice. This is a $9 bowl and it’s hardly even full. Worst experience I have had here. The people in the restaurant were kind but this is really disappointing. Most likely will never order online again, the service on the line is usually far above what this is.
**Update: the link sent automatically below was filled out directly after it was sent. I described my experience with an automated answering system (not the fault of this store) and it sent my answers to the manager of this location and said he would be reaching out to me shortly. It has been over a week, still no word from the manager in any way. Extremely disappointing.

Food is almost always good except for when you tell the employees you want brown rice and no beans and they give you black beans and whit rice to boot. Place is always super dirty, and they put the bowl in my bag sideways and it spilled all over my very expensive blanket. Some staff is nice but most of them seem like they'd rather put their hand in the tortilla press than take my order. All for pretty crazy prices, which to be fair they don't control. Recommended if queso is worth the frustration and ruined blanket! I'll be at taco bell.

This Chipotle location is hands down one of the best in the region! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with warm smiles and a welcoming atmosphere. The team here truly goes above and beyond to ensure every customer has a fantastic experience.
The food is always fresh, well-prepared, and made exactly to order. The burritos are perfectly wrapped, the bowls are generously portioned, and the guac is consistently on point! What stands out the most is the attentiveness and professionalism of the staff.
During a recent visit, I witnessed how efficiently they handled the busy lunch rush, keeping the line moving while still taking the time to personalize each customer’s order. Everyone seemed genuinely happy to be there, which says a lot about the management and teamwork.
I should say that the manager is also a neighbor of mine and it’s always a pleasure seeing him occasionally.
Thank you to the entire team at this Martinsburg location for setting such a high standard for quality and service. You’ve definitely earned my loyalty!

Ive received two mobile orders that were inedible. This location is by far the worst in consistency and quality around this area and you can tell. The two times I’ve contacted them about the orders I’ve received empty platitudes and a free drink coupon. This is ridiculous when it costs almost twenty dollars a person.
