This location consistently gives an absurdly small amount of chips. The regular size may as well be a kids size. Cashiers have told me it’s management that does this and enforces it strictly. Pretty frustrating.

Terrible chipotle barely fill the bowl. Workers serve you as if they were paying for it.

One of my favorite places to eat out. This location in particular has an incredibly sweet evening/closing staff.
I always come in after working a long shift at my own job and one young man in particular is so incredibly kind and joyful. He always brightens up my night and remembers me everytime.
I can never catch his name but when I do I highly recommend he's commended by his managers for his welcoming and can-do attitude!
Whatever he's being paid is not enough I can assure you!
Highly recommend, the food is fresh and the staff is very sweet :)

Food is always great! Customer service, good! But that new lady that be wrapping the burritos needs to go or actually get trained. Didn’t know a burrito could look like a rectangular box that was sat on. Very disappointing. I’m considering giving Purcellville Chipotle my money!

Consistently the worst Chipotle I have been to. The service is extremely poor and the managers attitudes are even worse. The food portions are very inconsistent, as noted on many other reviews for this location. On my last visit I was told by a manager I couldn’t order something specific, that I had been ordering since Chipotle first opened - she was rude and snapped at me. After that I reached out to their corporate office to complain, they told me it should not have happened and my order was something they should have allowed me to order. With as many poor reviews as this location gets I am unsure how these problems have not been addressed.

I’ve visited Chipotle locations across the country for years, and I’m very familiar with what a well-run store looks like. This location consistently falls short.
Employee turnover is constant, service attitudes are inconsistent, and management appears to be the root issue. I was recently told to place online orders for multiple meals—something I’ve never encountered at any other Chipotle. Online orders here are also repeatedly prepared with poor portions, especially protein.
During my latest visit, my order was mistakenly handed to a delivery driver, and when it was remade, the portions were minimal again. These problems are not isolated; they match what many other reviewers have reported.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but the ongoing issues at this location are clear, consistent, and unresolved.

Passive-aggressive manager is nickel and diming to such an extent that you can't even ask for extra rice or corn. The portions are insanely small and the bowl felt half filled compared to the Spring Mills location. I will never be going here again and I recommend you all to check out the Spring Mills chipotle where they aren't putting end of the year bonuses over customer satisfcation.

I really hope the manager of this location (Spanish guy) gets a bonus check this year for the amount of food he gives. WHICH IS NONE. I really think his check depends on the portions of sides he gives. RIDICULOUS. Do better Chipotle! Stop promoting greedy people like him to those positions!

I went in last night 1 hour 30 mins before closing. Chairs and trash cans were already pickup. Staff made rude comments and gestures, as we walked in. Mind you we had just had a long 14 hrs shift at work and just wanted to get dinner. We decided to leave and get food somewhere else.

The portions at this Chipotle deserve a warning label: “Caution, may feel like robbery.”

Worst Chipotle ever! Nasty employees, slow service, small portions, always out of steak. Drive the 8 minutes up to the Chipotle in Spring Mills.

Do not recommend this store. Girl with purple hair was very rude, did not allow me to pick out my rice. i also wanted to pay for an extra scoop of rice and she did not allow me to. she has been rude on multiple occasions and do not plan to return until she’s taken away from the front end.
