Worst chipotle I’ve ever stepped foot in. Horrible customer service, they rush you through and never fill the bowl. Then still overcharge. If I could give this zero stars I would.

It didn't feel very clean and the bowl was mid and my chips were kinda stale. I'm not sure what they're doing differently than other Chipotles but they should step it up

I’ve been to this chipotle a few times and I never had issues. Today however I went to go get lunch and I was getting a steak bowl with extra meat. When it got time to get the meat, I noticed that the first scoop of meet was normal and the second some of the meat fell off the spoon, unintentionally. I asked if I could get more meet because of this and he refused stating that I was already given extra meat. I let him know that I was paying for the extra and that I’ve seen the portion drop on the second scoop and that I’d simply was asking for that amount to be placed and not asking for extra. He refused and we argued about it. He stated he’d charge me for a third portion, I declined, then he stated he’d charge would make another bowl to show me that he made the correct portion, and I accepted his offer. HOWEVER, because he didn’t want to start the bowl over some we argued and it would put him in a potion to be made to look wrong, he decided to kick me out the store. I let him know that I had previously worked in a Chipotle for 3 years and I know that the amount of meat is the amount that fits in the plastic containers so extra meat should of fit in 2. I asked for a card for his GM and he pointed to it on the counter which I took and left. Mr. Joseff Garcia, please inform your manager that he not only built bad rapport with this costumers and was being snickered at by his fellow workers, rather than swallow his pride about the situation, he waisted 1 3/4 spoons full of steak that ultimately went in the trash along with white and brown rice, both beans and fajitas, which contributed to waist, me slowing down the line during lunch hours, and weakening of costumer retention.

The prissy little male manager is rude as it gets, also if you expect to get your moneys worth go somewhere else they skimp worse than any place i’ve seen they gave me less than a taco bell taco has on it for a whole bowl. seriously a joke

This Chipotle is absolutely ridiculous. I am from out of town and have never been to this chain anywhere else where the employees were rude and running out of food at 10:10pm and close at 11pm! I could maybe understand if an establishment was closing in 15 minutes or less but this location was turning customers away left and right. Not even attempting to make more food for the customers that were continously coming in after I left. 1000000% would not recommend this location. I am a loyal Chipotle customer and have never thought I would have to write a bad review. Do better Martinsburg!!!!

If I could give less stars I would. The store wasn’t very busy with only one guy ahead of me. The employees were very rude and acted like asking for what I wanted was putting them out. When I asked a question they were condescending and nasty. The management needs to work on the attitudes of their employees and re train them. The portions were also so very small. Not what I’d expect for the price of the bowls. Go elsewhere if you can. Not worth it. This isn’t the first time this has happened and I will definitely be going to another location from now on.
