As I arrived, there was a 30-minute wait, which was ok given that it was during l7nch hours. The waitress was a bit pushy and returned three times to the table within 10 minutes to request my order. I ordered an appetizer and an entree. All the food was brought at the same time, which was ridiculous and with no apology. Before I was done eating the waitress slapped the check on the table and said, "here ya go", as If I requested it, which I didn't, as I wasn't even close to being finished. While I felt I was being pushed out, there was a chatter around me of waitresses being frustrated over being given more tables close to the time they were getting off. The food was just ok, but the atmosphere was ridiculous as certain conversations should not be had near the customers, and perhaps some waitresses need to know the difference between an entree and an appetizer.

The only bad part of my experience with this location was our server, Cora. Not only was she rushed and not attentive to our group, she was also extremely rude to me when it was not called for at all. Food was good and the environment was fine. Cracker Barrel, please do not hire employees to work with the public that do not have the level of competency to work in that environment. Thanks.

They are really going downhill. At a previous visit, they charged extra for apple butter with our biscuits. Recently, we showed up needing a table for five and the table was ready but they would not seat us unless all five people were there.

I ended up not ordering a meal for myself as I wasn’t going to pay extra for them to delete an ingredient from my food. I asked for burnt/black French toast instead and it was not cooked correctly. My daughter’s meal came with 2 biscuits and gravy so that is what I ate instead. I now know not to go here for breakfast again.

I sat there for 15 minutes with my Four Year old baby girl 10-15 mins passed we didn’t even get offered a drink by a server, now during these 15 mins I watched several people get seated and get drinks and order food, I couldn’t believe it. Not going to write a book about it. I just won’t return to any Cracker Barrel ever again and that’s always been a place I go eat no matter what city or state.
