I used to hate Domino's Pizza. Personally though I have became fond of it recently. I realized that you can get your pizza well done on the app,. You can change the option. I ended up getting free parmesan bites one night, the next night I got two well done pepperoni pizzas and Caesar salads. The only downfall that I see is that they continuously decide to not bring two salads if I order them and just tell me they will credit me instead of refunding the salad price.Parking: The location that the Domino's Pizza is at has a unique type of parking lot. It is very small and it is dangerous in my opinion. Is right by a very busy traffic light and the delivery drivers are constantly coming in and out and consistently see a bunch of mistakes that are made and almost accidents or head on collisions happen continuously. I even witnessed these so imagine how many happened when I'm not around. Although this is a big downfall, this is the only downfall I have with this restaurant. The manager who runs the store at night time is absolutely amazing and sat there for one night talking to me for over a half an hour because I was upset. She really seemed concerned and sat there and listened to what I had to say.Kid-friendliness: Although it is Kid friendly because of the food items and the nice staff , it does not have a dining area unfortunately and in my opinion this makes it less kid friendly. They apparently have tables that you can set at to dine but you have to actually know where they are to set at them because they are hidden.Wheelchair accessibility: I personally do not like how the wheelchair accessibility is set up for this restaurant. The disability parking spot is like all the way at the very end of the parking lot instead of being close to the beginning where the door is. I figured they did this for more room because of parking lot is tiny, but if somebody is disabled and I'm paying this really hard for them to walk that long distance.

Dominoes Winchester ave in Martinsburg is the most horrible pizza place in the area…very rude employees, horrible burned hard food.they will mess up your order and will be rude enough to hang the call on you when you call to complain. I keep going back to them cos I was expecting them to learn from their mistakes but no they keep repeating it!! Well sorry but I’m off to a better pizza place.

I was so disappointed. I ordered a thin crust pizza with extra cheese, sausage, mushrooms and onions. It was barely any cheese on it, but I paid extra for that and didn't get it. The pizza was luke warm. I will not be ordering from.this Domino's again. I'd really like to get what I paid for.
Been very happy with the quality and speed of this Domino’s restaurant. I hadn’t ordered from any Domino’s in a long time because of a terrible experience, but this location has changed my mind. Try them and see for yourself.

what have you done to the cinnamon twists? they used to be coated so well and now the cinnamon coating is chintzy and they are terrible. i won't get them again.

Food is always good except they always burn my tater tots. And when I do get a sandwich, it’s a little burnt as well. Not everybody likes burnt food. Otherwise it is great.Kid-friendliness: Any of the workers who liver to my house have always been nice and polite
