Unfortunately, Baskin and Robbins have been hit with smallitis. Cones are smaller, serving size is smaller too. I suppose when you want ice cream, it'll do. The quality seems to be intact but order 4 scoops in order to get the satisfaction of the 2 scoops you once enjoyed. Sign of the times, the way business goes.

She is the type of valuable asset to a company that I would promote, and absolutely ensure I was treating with the utmost respect, so she would never leave. The coffee is amazing because she is amazing, and for no other reason.

Twice, I've been to foxcroft location. Ordered drink sandwich and hash browns. Twice, I've been pulled around back to wait. Why can't you handle a simple order .... Probably won't be back....the guy making my food today, several times pulled up his pants with gloves on. Gross. Not sanitary.

Honestly everything was great. Came on donut day and despite the busy day the service was great. I had gotten a matcha with extra scoops and the nice pretty lady added more when she noticed I was a little dissatisfied with its light color. She made sure I liked my drink and was nice in every way. 😊 Bathroom was also clean and smelled nice.

The lady that took order was TERRIBLE...super RUDE! she messed our order up and thn tried to charge us for another order instead of fixing it. I was willing to pay the difference, but she rang up a completely different order!!

What is this??? This never happens to me. This is disgusting like I can’t even eat it. It’s literally burnt crispy cheese. I don’t remember asking for that. How is my cheese burnt and my bacon is undercooked??? And who’s taking bites of the munchkins???? 😒
