My order was ready when I arrived and Melissa was so friendly and welcoming. She looked happy and seemed to enjoy her job. That service is hard to come by and I appreciated it.

The staff had a hard time taking my order- after 3 repeats, it was still jacked up.

Takes forever to get your coffee and if its hot, guarantee its luke warm. You could order the same drink three times and each one will taste like a totally different drink.

Inside smells horrible- not sure if its spoiled cream or just the stank in the air.

Great service. The workers are great. BUT it is so hot in there. I noticed as soon as I walked in and it is very uncomfortable. The workers were so hot you could tell. The heat needs turned down ASAP.

Hailey is absolutely amazing in every aspect. She is extremely professional and goes out of her way to provide impeccable customer service: I will go out of my way just to come to this Dunkin because of her!!! I definitely recommend this Dunkin location.

Despite verbally correcting that I had ordered a caramel drink, I was still given a mocha drink. Both people at the window acknowledged me as well (after I repeated myself a couple times) but while one turned away (to make the correct drink?) the other just handed me the mocha one.
I didn't want to hold up the line so I took it, thanked them and left. 🫠

There has never been a time that I've come here and things have gone smoothly. Every. Time. There is an issue. Either the order is wrong, it is made wrong, or the wait is 15+ minutes. This location is chronically understaffed.

I went inside to place an order and noticed they were very busy. The girl who was taking orders for dine in seemed to be new but was trying her best. I believe the manager, Misty if I am correct was amazing. She was working with all her staff and trying to get the orders out at her best ability. Extremely kind and wanted to make sure her costumers were happy and apologized for the wait. The food was good and so was my pumpkin iced signature latte!
