The staff there on February 9th did an amazing job keeping up with the amount of orders they had!!! They probably could have used some extra help however they were super friendly and my drink order was made perfect my donuts were fresh and amazing!!!

I don’t get what is so hard about making an iced coffee I don’t get anything complicated but it is never right to the point where I now walk in and pick up my mobile order. I tried my coffee and all they put in it was cream I get sugar and vanilla in it and I heard the worker say you were right you nailed that one like they new I was going to say something lol if that’s the case make it right the first time so annoyed and the last time I went the lady had the nerve to tell her manager she did make it correctly smh 🤦🏻♀️ like she wasn’t going to remake it lol this is all the time at this one just horrible and Most not all have horrible attitudes it is not hard to make a coffee and warm up a croissant because there always cold you work at Dunkin it’s easy, I worked at Dunkin’ Donuts before so I mean that with the up most respect but come on

Drive thru can be slow, but they do it right when you get there.
Why is it that i get the same drink everytime, but it always tastes different. Too strong or not strong enough, too much sugar or not enough. Isnt there a recipe fir each drink. Measured portions? Todays was like mud.
Idk why but their coffee tastes like medicine no matter how many different ways I order it.
Don't plan to ever go back to this location.

I can't get enough of Dunkin' donuts! Their chocolate iced ring donuts with just typical chocolate frosting is the absolutely best donut in my opinion! I have never tried any other one such as chocolate with chocolate frosting because seems too much chocolate. Just having a chocolate iced donut is that a perfect amount for me! The chocolate on the donut is absolutely amazing! I'm addicted!

I had the most wonderful service today I think her name was Grace, she helped me with the best attitude she is surely a people person and is made for the service industry! Her sister came in to talk with her and actually paid for my order! I couldn’t be more grateful for such a great experience, thank you both for your kindness the world needs more people like you!!
The manager at this location is absolutely ridiculous! You are not allowed to modify your order at the window, you have to cancel it and come all the way back around or stick with what you said. How inconvenient for people who are in a rush in the morning to get to work/school/appointments/etc. If you make a mistake and can't fix it. Or need to order more food, you can't. What a horrible way to run a business. I will be filing a formal complaint because this is absolutely unacceptable and extremely inconvenient.
