Finn Thai Restaurant & Bar

Menu looks good. However on take home which was less than 2 minutes away. The so called crispy duck was not crispy and covered in a spongey batter and a sauce. Not expected or welcome. The other meals ordered were...at best average. Spring rolls crispy but filled with stodge and things that could not be recognized. Will not return. In full disclosure only been there once. On pick up around 8pm on a Saturday place was empty apart from those that worked there.

AMAZING PLACE! I was here with my family last night and the food is absolutely amazing along with the service. Thank you for the cake for my dad's birthday, you are all so kind! This restaurant is awesome!

firecracker chicken - only just ok. not very saucy so it lacked flavor but the chicken stayed crispy so i guess thats a plus, but the balance between flavor and crispy just wasnt there.

crying tiger - not spicy enough and too much lime juice so its overly fruity. the steak portion was also really small. like seriouisly not spicy at all.

it seems like this place has changed ownership at some point and the prices increased but the quality actually went down.

these two items cost me $35 and honestly wasnt really that great.

the atmosphere has changed and feels off. it wants to be semiformal but is situated between a medical marijuana dispensary and a barbershop in a rundown shopping center so the entire experience felt a bit pretentious with the jazz music playing

the service wasnt terrible but i didnt feel welcome. the server was there to take my order and it was ready in about 15 minutes.

this place wants to be authentic, and it used to be before the ownership changed, but nothing about this place feels authentic anymore and the food has been watered down to appease western palates.

im not sure who this restaurant caters to anymore, but if you want authentic thai food i would go somewhere else.

So bad server bad attitude. The food is nasty they should shut down.

Absolutely loved getting food here when it was Finn Thai. Now that it is Wynn Thai, the quality of food has changed. Serving amounts are a lot smaller with a more expensive price. Sent the wrong sauces with food and the pho was basically all fat. Super sad and I hate leaving bad reviews, but this was rough.

its now called wynn thai, its all new people. my family ordered crab fried rice and there was maybe a half dollar sized amount of crab on the rice for 24$. my toddler got veggie pad thai and it had shrimp tails in it. not to mention we waited for a good 25 minutes to get a drink order. a 20% gratuity was added to my bill and the service was the worst i have ever had in my life. not sure what happened to finn thai but from now on ill go to thai martinsburg.

Placed order online thru chownow.com. showed up and its closed. No note on the door. No answer on the phone. A door dash driver was there too having the same issue. Trying unsuccessfully to get a refund. From now on I will only eat at the vastly superior Thai Martinsburg.

Very rude customer service. Called to clarify few things on the menu and the guy (sounds like middle aged man, could be the manager) was very rude and in rush to hang up. He didn't want to explain much. This was not the first time. There consistently rude over the phone.

First thing first it’s a beautiful restaurant and bar. No other customers when in here at the time so we got sat almost immediately. The woman that sat us was not super friendly we thanked her and she walked off don’t know if there was a language barrier. We got our food very quick 8 minutes food was amazing.

I placed an order through Uber Eats early in the afternoon for a 5:30 PM birthday party. The order was confirmed with no issues. However, just 30 minutes before the event, the restaurant canceled the order without providing any explanation. As a result, the party was left without food.

It’s unacceptable that it took three hours to discover the order couldn’t be fulfilled. Extremely disappointed by this experience.

Great food, amazing service and love the taste. Worth it and highly recommend it :)
