I placed an order online. When I arrived at the restaurant I was told that they never received my order even after showing my confirmation email. The manager said that sometimes the orders don’t come through on their end and that I would be refunded to my card within 2-3 days and walked away. There was no offer of still making the order. Since then there has been no refund and the charge has posted to my bank account. I contacted firehouse subs corporate office and provided them with a copy of my receipt and order confirmation email. They said the management team/owner of the restaurant would contact me directly, which they have not.

There are seats but take out also. Kind of like other fast sub sandwich places. I got a French dip thingy.

Gave this place a couple chances, but each time is not impressive. Each time any special requests were ignored. Why ask what u want on a sub if u dont do it? Each time bread wasn't toasted, meatball sub had fake tasting meatballs and so much sauce that bread just fell apart, soggy pickle spear, and grilled chicken on salad tasted weird. My last try was last week w/ an online order I then picked up. Order preferences weren't correct and I was missing 2 items. I caught one on way out when I didnt fell asleep 3rd container in the bag and saw my garlic bread was missing and let them know. Two min later they handed me a container, but when I got home it was just a semi-cold sub roll cut in half with garlic butter on it, not toasty at all.

Been here a few times, not bad. It's no Jersey Mike's. And the sandwiches are closer to Subway in terms of quality and flavor, but it's not a bad place to check out.

I recently visited dislocation and was quite honestly disappointed. I will not go into all the details but I would say all of the employees need better training. And my food was cold by the time I got home. I will not visit this location again until change has been made.

The quality of the sandwich overall was great. I feel like the meat and cheese are of good quality and the bread taste freshly baked, soft and fluffy. I used to go to places like Subway because it was cheaper even though it did not taste as good. But now when I can come get a superior sub at Firehouse for virtually the same price, it's an easy decision.

Been there before and no issues. Last 2 times the mixed up the subs. One in wheat and one in white and they put the wrong things in the wrong bread. My husband is diabetic and dies not eat white bread.
