The manager here is an incredible human being. They were out of chocolate chip cookies after a super busy day and he went above and beyond for my husband and I. The world needs more people like him. Thank you so much for your kindness Oh, and the subs here are fantastic!

Ordered dinner tonight, well let's just say it was bad lol and we usually love this place, my kids had to eat a burnt sub, I knew the employees had to know they burnt this bread now come on! The pictures speak for themselves!

I came in with my son pretty late after a grocery trip to get some subs to go. I can’t say enough how great the customer service was, I almost wish we had time to sit and eat in store. The man that took our order was awesome, the man and woman working the grill were super nice and made sure my order was perfect. I almost wish I kept the receipt so I could put positive feedback with corporate but the man that was walking around cleaning was kind enough to offer to throw my trash way for me. If I could give 100 stars for my experience, I would. Thank you!

Last time I go there in awhile. Probably after Probably. Sad thing is the owner was there and still had problems after problems. Although I will say it seems that the owner did care about his employees.
I showed up here at 820pm with my wife. We ordered food and waited about 5 minutes to be told we were not allowed to sit in the store and eat because they close at 9. Reminder it was 825 when we were told this. I politely asked and received a refund for 26 dollars and change. I wanted to sit and eat. That’s why I went in. Didn’t hurt my feelings much anyhow because the kitchen was filthy anyhow. Terrible service. This accrued on 12/20/2023. If your reading this corporate.

Never had a bad firehouse sub, always one of the go to places here. Though, today I went in and they happened to be cutting fresh onions, which is great and all, but, made it impossible to sit in and eat. Multiple people were complaining about their eyes burning. I’m sure it wouldn’t be a terrible idea to switch to precut onions in the future not only for the customers sake but for the employees as well.

Went at 2:15 Sunday. 2 employees behind counter. 2 in the back. 2 other customers in there.Was told there would be a 20 min wait because the manager who was due in at 2pm called and quit right before.The employees at the counter were a young girl and an older man. The nan yelled at a young girl in the back to come take our order. She did. While chomping on gum. I told them to show corporate they do not need a manager. Just step it up.Took about 10 min to get our 1.5 subs. I had to ask them again to toast mine.If the employees who were there would do their job and not complain to the customers about their management there would not be a problem.Customers do not need to know the issues. We are there for a service.

I ordered online, not a terribly complicated order. One sub with white bread, one with wheat. One no side pickle (they ask), and one with. Got my subs delivered, both with wheat bread and both with pickles. That's pretty basic information to just ignore.
