Went to jersey mike's for the first time to get chicken steak sub a giant but when I open the rapper It was more bread than meat and I paid $17 from meal.
And it's not right

Its a little cramped is literally the only negative thing i have to say. other than that the deli meat is freshly cut. The staff make conversation with you while you are ordering and waiting. Everyone seems to have a positive experience working behind the counter. And it's really clean. Love coming here

Perfect timing on the pick up order. To the minute! I walked in as they called my name for pick up. Super fresh. The only issue is they didn’t put the stuff on the side that I asked for. It doesn’t sound like a big deal unless you have picky eaters and that definitely does matter to them.
They up make a great sub though!

I called ahead and still ended up having to wait 30 minutes for two subs when everybody that walked in was getting their food long before me disappointed, and the amount of time is to order

My sons favorite place to watch them cook, they have never been mean or not let him watch and most cooks explain everything they are doing as my son wants to become a chef

I got the original Italian, and everything was freshly sliced right in front of me. I was greeted as soon as I entered, and everyone was very attentive and friendly. I was in and out with a fresh picture perfect Italian in less than 5 minutes. One of few 'fast food' places that are still absolutely worth going out to get. Good value fresh ingredients and fast friendly service.

Very friendly (they greet every customer), and best of all, they use high-quality ingredients. I'm a fan of #13, Mike's Way, no lettuce, extra onions. Great place, highly recommended!

Very clean and food is consistently great. Staff is always friendly. Way better than Subway.

Today was the Day of Giving at the Martinsburg store, and to say it was busy was an understatement. I had to wait a bit for my order (it was a big order). It was clearly all hands on deck during the noon shift. While I waited what I saw was a GREAT group of staff that worked cohesively to push order after order without missing a beat. They deserve a huge THANK YOU for a job well done 👍 👍
