Today was the Day of Giving at the Martinsburg store, and to say it was busy was an understatement. I had to wait a bit for my order (it was a big order). It was clearly all hands on deck during the noon shift. While I waited what I saw was a GREAT group of staff that worked cohesively to push order after order without missing a beat. They deserve a huge THANK YOU for a job well done 👍 👍

I ordered a #6 mini today in person. It was just not as good as it usually is. Something was wrong with the roast beef today. This was the first time I ever had a problem!!

AWESOME customer service!!! I can in around 7:30 and received an outstanding welcome. Good was made right and even though there was a rush I was served in an extremely reasonable time!

I recently had an amazing meal from Jersey Mike's, and the food was absolutely delicious. However, I couldn't fully enjoy it because I kept thinking about how Courtney was being mean. It really put a damper on my experience, even though the food was great. Her rudeness really affected my mood and made it hard to fully enjoy my meal. It’s unfortunate when someone’s negative behavior takes away from what should have been a great dining experience. I’ve been a long going jersey mikes eater and I noticed Courtney is a new member of the crew. The staff is so nice except for Courtney. I hope management gets better soon. You have lost a #1 jersey mikes fan.

Our favorite Steak and Cheese sub. The food is great and is always ready when I order ahead.
I wish they weren't in the Commons to avoid the traffic but it is worth it for their subs.

Came in with only 20 minutes until closing in a pinch, the two younger gentleman working the line were extremely polite and pleased to make 2 giants sandwiches despite closing in 20 minutes.
