We visit this location a lot. Typically, fast and friendly service. This visit the food was great. However, the staff was slow for a Jersey Mike's. There was more talking amongst staff about non-work stuff and less attention to the customer. There was no apparent leader for the staff. Very disappointing!

We ordered one large sub, one regular, a large fountain drink, a canned soda, two chips and a cookie, it was $40!! That’s insane. The people serving were rushing us along although there was no one in there. The cross contamination looked gross. The girl making my sun went nuts with the oil and shook it about 10 times. I got home and my sub was drenched. Nope.
I have been a regular customer to both locations in Martinsburg. And aways had fore several times.good if not great customer service. Today I was the only customer in the store. And I felt like I was trying to ripped off. I have gotten a club no ham just add a little extra turkey. No big deal. Done this several times now. This time I was told I had to order the turkey sub and then pay Xtra for the bacon. I'm already spending $17 on 1 sub and this one is $17 also. And now they want me to pay more. Wow. I only got the 1 sub. Only because they had it almost done. I don't think I will be back for quite awhile. To many other choices. You can get 3 footlong subs at subway for $18. And I understand you get what you pay for. But there are still so many choices.
