I thought I was getting the BBQ chicken still by him switch to a two piece without a drink. Didn't think I was getting regular chicken. I would have stuck to the regular price chicken then. I am pregnant and wanted that chicken. I thought he was given me a better deal. I went back up to say this isn't what I wanted. I was told it was a price difference. Which I knew that. I was willing to pay the difference. That wasn't even an option. I was offered BBQ packets. It's not the same at all. So I'm stuck eating what I didn't want. Probably going to need up paying for the BBQ chicken. I still want it!! I could have paid the difference. That was the manager that said this. Pissed!! As if I'm not already going through it on this holiday

I got there at 11:30 to eat and the dine in lobby was closed. I saw people pulling to the drive thru. I wanted to eat inside. I didn't want to go thru the drive thru. I was told by someone they might be closed cause not enough people to open the inside. If that is so at least up a sign up that inside is closed and why. That looks better than going up to the door and it's locked and you dont know why when it should be open. I understand things happen but let the customers know.

I will never go back to this place I wanted to get chicken and all they had was legs and thighs they said that they couldn’t make anymore chicken until that was gone some people don’t like dark meat me for one, they lost money on 5 meals ridiculous
don’t come here unless you want the cashier Jean to mean mug you and treat you like garbage. no service morals whatsoever. BE KIND. it doesn’t cost anything to be nice to someone.

Although I was heartbroken at discovering that the donut sandwich wasn’t real, the customer service I received was amazing and totally made up for it. Donut sandwich or not, I highly recommend this establishment.

I spent $22. for an 8 PC family meal at lunch today. The chicken was overcooked and in edible.the biscuits were rock hard. The only thing edible was the mashed potatoes and gravy. And that's what I ate for lunch today.
