The girls working here are insanely rude and shouldn't be working with food. I've gotten shorted biscuits multiple times ( I'm assuming they don't keep enough prepared, so when they run out they just don't make any more ), they give you 3-4 pieces of chicken in the chicken bowl, and the last time I went I got uncooked pieces. I'm genuinely unsure how this place hasn't been shut down yet unless it's privately owned.

So I sent my daughter who’s 22 in about 30 mins ago and the teenager told her they couldn’t do our order it was to big it was for the big family meal with extra sides and 3 pot pies my daughter was like what do u mean it’s to big of an order and another lady who was in the back said yeah we can’t do ur order we almost out of chicken and no pot pies all day my daughter said let me go out and tell my mom to see what she wants to do when she walked out side the teenager locked the door is this how kfc does business because I’m very dissatisfied and from working at a kfc in another state about 3 years ago you would make the chicken and other items they just threw out a 100.00 order if it would of been that I hope they both get fired I’ll never go back
The worst food I've had in months from a fast food place. Over cooked and dry. Plus, the drive through attendant was very obnoxious.
I'm at KFC now. The customer service is awful. The person who asked for my order, Krista, was anything but friendly. I got a 3 piece and one of the legs were very dried out and couldn't eat it. I asked for sauce when I order came up and she told me I needed to get that when I paid they were not free. Won't be coming back here.
The quality of this KFC has turned to absolute crap and the worst part is they know about it. You can't even give them suggestions without a scoff and them blowing you off. All they care about is a paycheck, don't expect the quality of your food to be good because I guarantee they don't care.

I went through the drive thru and ordered 3 chicken sandwich meals, 2 with mac and cheese, 1 with fries and an 8 piece nuggets. When I got the food i didn't see any of the mac cheeses so I waited at the window, the girl saw me but turned and went the other way . So I parked and went inside and while I was walking to the counter I heard the one girl say "oh god what is his problem ". So the manager approached me and I told her what was is wrong and she said oh I owe you 1 mac and cheese and walked away. When she came back I said you owe me 2 and she said no there's one under the fries and opened the bag to show me. So I said so you knew and still gave me attitude and she ignored me and said have a good night. She was extremely rude and wrong along with it. So I drove all the way home, 15 minutes away. When I got there I was missing a chicken sandwich as well. I called and confronted her about her attitude and missing mac and cheese and now the sandwich all she could tell with a lot more attitude, mind you, was we thought there were on 2 sandwiches on the order even though there was 4 of everything else on the order. Between the rudeness and incompetence she should be fired and let someone with the right skill set run the store. Extremely disappointed with this store. Now I understand why this company struggles.

My 2nd visit in about 6months. Both times I’ve gone thru the drive-thru & been shorted food; however, when I called to let them know this time, whoever the female “manager” was in the background was rude & called me a liar by saying ,”Even tho I’m the one who packed it & I know it was there.” Seriously?? I’m not gonna lie to get a wing & a biscuit-lmfao. She needs a job NOT related to customer service for sure. This is why I rarely go to this location. At least the drive-thru employee who answered the phone was a bit more courteous & professional.

Everytime I go through drive thru, they ALWAYS forget some item. A piece of chicken in my combo, a biscuit, always something. Tonight I ordered original, dark meat on app at 8pm. Was told they only had crispy, white for rest of the night!!! If I didn't want that I had to attempt to get a refund through the app. It was 2 hours before closing. They just decided to not make anymore chicken?? I had to be parked to wait for tenders to be cooked. Why couldn't I wait for chicken to cook? This place irritates me everytime I go.

Worst meal every. Ordered chicken nuggets and they were horrible. Looks like they were in the deep fryer for an hr. Hard as rocks, extremely dry. Just absolutely terrible. The prices are ridiculous and disgusting food.
