I was working in the area and googled “Best Crabcakes” in Martinsburg. Kitzies was tops. So I went, let me tell you OMG the very best! However everything on the menu looked good and prices very reasonable so I ordered a Crabcake sandwich TO GO and had the Fish n Chips there. Sooo delicious, beer battered to perfection, sweet Cole slaw and the fries were crispy and hot.Jade was the server and very polite and helpful.When I’m in Martinsburg I will be coming here!BTW, the table next to me ordered burgers and fish tacos and Wow it looked amazing.

We drove an hour to have all you can eat crab legs. It was amazing. Our Server did an excellent job with keeping up with our table of 6 and all her other tables. The buffet section was kept filled and fresh. We will definitely be back.

The AYCE crablegs and buffet bar were awesome. The only thing that was not good was the live entertainment given the fact that there were so many people in the restaurant talking while they ate and the music was so loud it made for a constant annoyance and made it hard to enjoy the meal and the company your with.Parking: Needs more handicap parking and more regular parking

The crab cake was delicious!! Overall, the visit was great. We waited about 35 minutes for our food but it was worth it! The room we were in was small so it was really loud with everyone in there. I would definitely go back again though!! ???

I went for my birthday and it was overall really great. I had the Chesapeake Chicken that was wonderful, my daughter had the sandwich form of it and my son the salmon all wonderful. We ordered appetizers like Ahi tuna which was way overcooked the dinner rolls were hard as a rock. The only other thing we can say that I felt was an issue was the hostess told us about the specials she was very pushy about it and when we didn't decide on getting them she almost appeared to be disappointed and wanted to scold us for it. I would go back because the food was wonderful just won't get the Ahi tuna.

Good AYCE crab legs special with a decent seafood buffet. Especially since the bill only came up to 87 buck plus tip. It was a first time at Kitzies for our party and all if us agreed we would go back.
