Fantastic crab cake sandwich! Skip the fast food and chains off 81 and stop here -- you won't regret it. Service was fast and friendly. My husband ordered the cheesesteak and raved about that as well.

It's so dark in here we can't see the food. If it was dirty you'd never know. The light bulbs are orange glowing things. Place seems more like a morgue than a restaurant'. Turn some lights on.

A place that looks like a homestyle restaurant serves excellent seafood. The crab cakes are top notch. Today's server, Heather did a fantastic job.

Delicious, quality food! Atmosphere so classy & totally upscale as with the food. Those crabcakes -WOW!!! Crab dip pretzel, Ceasar salad, Grilled Chicken Salad & Cheeseburger were all incredible!!! Drew, you were a very attentive -thank you. We will visit next time in town.

Kitzie's has a reputation of being a small town local classy dining area and yet the food just doesn't live up to the hype. The seasoning on the scallops in my pasta had zero seasoning and did not taste fresh. As far as the service I will say that when I made reservation I was told we had to be done by 6 due to a large reservation having been made already but at 5:45 they started being said party in the area to stare at us as we finished our dinner. Overall I wouldn't recommend Kitzie's Springmills... drive a little out of the way and go to Kitzie's Martinsburg instead.
Inside diffinitly awesome compared to the exterior. Needs a make over food was good. Mushrooms appetizer at 14.99 four tasted good. At the price should been portobello caps. All 3 steaks at med well. We ordered med, med and med rare. Cooking 101.... off the grill 5 to 8 degrees below in case sit in the pass to long.

AWFUL. The only good thing about this experience was the server. The crab pretzel appetizer was overly salty and overcooked. The pretzel itself was burned. I ordered a warm spinach salad and it was supposed to have a hot bacon dressing...it was a cold dressing made with BACON BITS. Not at all appetizing. There was a crab cake on top of it that was more filler than crabmeat and it was dried out I have been driving by for a year without stopping. I wish I had continued. Epic failure. Will not be coming back.

Good but first visit was better. Crab soup was good with lots of crabmeat. The chicken sandwich had way to much melted cheese and that was all could taste. They need a hostess or someone to greet you when walk in as I just stood there waiting for someone to help me.
