Always love coming here, but this time, we decided to sit at the bar because no one was greeting customers at the door when we walked in.It was 30 minutes before anyone greeted us at the bar and at least another 20 minutes before anyone came to the front door to seat those who came in before us.Seems they were short staffed on a semi busy evening.Won't stop me from coming back... food is fantastic! Service needs a little bit of work.
Great place for special occasions. It is pretty expensive, but that is to be expected for a hibachi restaurant.

Food? Amazing. Service? Great! Atmosphere? Inviting and dark. Overall experience? Been going my entire life. This place has some of the best Hibachi style foods in this area. Look forward to spending upwards of $35-40 per person as this is a nicer restaurant.

They do not do sushi any more per my call. I did a pickup and was told it would be ready in 45 minutes. I show up and waited another 35 minutes. Cost has gone up insanely as well. Not worth the cost or time a ALL anymore.

Took the kids into see the food made in front of us and all the tricks they do, they absolutely loved it and enjoyed the fire!! Food was great! Service was also amazing, so quick with refills and everyone was so sweet and helpful! We will definitely be back!
The food was good and our chef was amazing...but we did have to wait it felt like an hour and a half for our chef to come out and there was only one other family there while we were there. I do not agree also with them trying to charge customers 8$ for a few extra plates and a knife to cut a cake if they brought one with them.

If I could give this place a negative score I would. I went there for my Birthday Dinner, we were seated, after about 10 min (which should have been the first red flag) we were finally brought out drinks. We were not told there would be a wait or anything was running behind. We were brought our small salad and cup of chicken broth and they took our order. After sitting for just about an hour, us as well as everyone else at the table were getting antsy and wanted to know how much longer. We were told our chef just started his next table and then we were next….about another 45 min late. When we requested to get our check and leave a woman came over (I guess the manager) asked what we wanted and the whole table asked for their checks. She got a sour face and turned off the grill, and walked away hastily. After waiting another almost 10 min for our server to come back, we offered to pay our bill (in my opinion they should’ve comped it). They had the nerve to charge me $37 for 2 drinks, the 2 small salads and 2 cups of chicken broth. This place used to be my go to Hibachi. I’ll never go back again, bad enough they didn’t tell us about the wait, and got us baited in bit to charge us almost $40 and we didn’t even walk out with a meal! Absolutely sickening

Food was great in the Hibachi Grill cook was great the server was pretty slow and unfortunately this is the second time we went to their for a birthday celebration and mentioned it was a birthday celebration and melting and I mean nothing was done to make it feel

Do not eat here. We sat across from three “regulars” and I ordered filet mignon and scallop, as well as one of the other people across from us. The other two in their party ordered regular steak. My filet was given to them, I was given fatty regular steak. When I mentioned it the chef argued with me. He then gave the other person more scallops then I received because I called him out on his mistake (or favoritism). He then brought out another steak and said I’ll give you this one, he gave that steak to them as well. We got the bill and a 20% top is automatically added so you’re forced to pay no matter how bad the service is. Worst experience at a Hibachi ever!! We will never go back and I will be sharing with everyone this experience so hopefully others can avoid going through it. Zero stars if possible!
