Great pizza
Customer service is terrible, waited almost an hour for food when it wasn't that busy, ppl walk in after you and get served before you, the waitress never stopped and asked if we needed anything, I had to literally get up and ask... I do NOT recommend anyone to dine- in here
Myself, my daughter, my husband, son, and grandson came in tonight for dinner. We sat for 2 hours waiting on food. Never received the main courses just drinks and appetizers after we waited 45 minutes for those. Horrible kitchen help. They have no idea what they are doing. We will not be back
Great food ..
Had an amazing experience at Ledo’s Pizza! The food was delicious as always—crispy, flaky crust and perfectly melted cheese. But what really made the visit special was the incredible service. Kaitlyn, Beau, Kam and Ava went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. They were friendly, attentive, and made us feel so welcome. It’s rare to find a team that genuinely cares about their customers, but they definitely do! Can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend!
Beau has that nice hair also.
Way to go team Ledo!!!
they barely talk to you, make you stand there for over 20 minutes, finally ask the name of your order, and still have to wait 20 more minutes even when the order was placed earlier. just overall slow workers, and the workers are disrespectful, some man called saying they didn’t cut his pizza, and a long haired boy worker said in front of all the customers “this dudes pissed cuz we didn’t cut his pizza haha”. just felt odd to me to talk like that infront of customers.
I often forget about Ledos when in the mood for Pizza, they just don't promote themselves in the area the way the could to attract more business. Anyways, I've never had a bad Pizza or dinner there.
The pizza was excellant ,
Staff were very attentive and helpful.
The religious music was despressing . They need to play something more upbeat and happy.
Avoid this place at all costs
I had an absolutely terrible experience here. The management is a complete disaster—unorganized, unprofessional, and clearly uninterested in providing decent service. The staff seemed overwhelmed, which became painfully obvious as we waited over an hour for our food.
When the pizza finally arrived, it was barely cooked. The dough was raw in the center, and the toppings were cold. The appetizer came out around the same time as my food, which initially wasn't an issue to me until I noticed the chicken was still frozen on the inside. It was inedible, and when I brought it up to the server, they brushed off my concerns with a dismissive attitude. Soon after this I heard a lot of laughter and cursing in the back.
This place clearly doesn’t prioritize quality or customer satisfaction. Save your time and money and go somewhere that knows how to run a restaurant and cook a proper pizza.

Almost $26.00 for a lousy unsatisfying pizza! This was a mix between a frozen and 1980s middle School pizza. It would have been once thing at $15, but over $25 is absolutely ridiculous. You can get a massive loaded pizza at kings for that price. But my real complaint is Both the girlfriend and myself had massive stomach issues after eating. Upon eating left overs the next day it was a repeat of the stomach issues again. I’m usually like a goat and it takes something horrendous to tear me up like this. Two big thumbs down and I wouldn’t go back!

I've been eating ledo's pizza for so many years and it's always been my favorite place to buy pizza. I have now had three instances of awful pizza from the Martinsburg location specifically.
Last night I couldn't believe what we received . Okay so we asked for extra sauce but they gave us extra cheese. The crust oddly was non-existent in the middle. We were literally just scraping up cheese with a little bit of sauce with a spatula from the box because the crust was oddly not there at all. The whole pizza was so grossly soggy and even the crust was not crispy. It's almost as if this pizza wasn't cooked at all. It was beyond gross. And of course we live 20 minutes away, 40 round trip, so taking it back wasn't an option.
On top of that they forgot our extra sauce, but that didn't matter anyway because we ended up throwing the leftovers away because if The pizza was that awful new, I can't even imagine how it would have been reheated. It was just a mess.
I thought the last time that we went to the Martinsburg location and got a subpar pizza that it was a fluke. That's not the case. This was by far the worst food we've ever received from ledo's. I'm really beginning to think that the pizza may have been halfway cooked? I have no idea what would make the crust disappear and the part of the pizza that did have crust was completely soggy.
