Rude cashier and manager! As soon as me and my husband walked in the cashier had an attitude and was rude. Didn’t sweat it still ordered. Husband goes back in to get the pizzas. They looked like they just threw them together. No cheese , no pepperoni’s a hot mess. We ask for a refund the manager catches an attitude. Never again.

So crazy as this sounds... I went into the store to order cheesy crazy puffs and was told... I can not sell you those in store.... you have to order those online and then pick them up here. I thought maybe there was a mistake. So I said can I order pepperoni crazy puffs, hold the pepperoni and she said no. I'm still trying to figure out the reasoning for this. She said it was the owner of this location that made the rule. This is like the craziest thing I've encountered in a long time at a restaurant of any kind. WTH ?

I placed an online order and I was looking for the jalapeño cheddar dipping cups and they were not offered on the website. I then called the restaurant to inquire about Them and as soon I stopped talking the lady on the phone proceeded to tell well they cost money and I can not just give them away. For one that was not what I was asking and for 2 I know you have to pay for them but they were not showing online so I called to ask if they had tem and I coupd.pay and add them to my order. She proceeded again to tell me they cost money and they didn't have them anyway and then she said if we did you'd need to go thru you ordered thru, well I did I ordered from your little ceasers website because the doordash option was turned off and had them closed and the only option was there website which was also almost 10 more dollars then door dash!!! Horrible customer service and pizza was not even good!! Would have given zero stars if I could!!

You guys at this location literally deep fry pizza. How much oil do pour on the pizza. I get the worst case of acid reflux when I go here. 2 or 3 years ago it wasn't that greasy now y'all dump oil on the pizza.

Rude, unfriendly employees, including the manager. Also over charged my credit card and told me to call my bank to fix it because they couldn't fix it. Hire mature employees that are well trained to do the job. Pizza was good.

Overall I would give them a 2.5. I ordered Italian cheese bread that was okay. Caesar wings were okay as well. Cookie dough brownie was not good at all. Just average overall. They didn't have many options for toppings. Not even chicken. Not a place I would go back to.

Placed my order inside the store. Waited 15 mins just to find out they gave my order away to someone who just walked in. Had to wait for my order to be remade. Common sense people. Check the receipts. Verify the order. It's not that hard. Manager did not apologize or care about issue
