I’m a delivery driver for Door Dash. Don’t expect to get any service or any of the orders on time. They were 20 minutes late with the order, with zero explanation. All the employees hid in the back. When they would come out, it would be to shove orders into the “pizza portal” even though the lobby was FULL of people waiting for their order. No one explained if there was a problem or a backup, zero customer service. Absolutely atrocious.

I placed an online order and came to pick it up and there was no front person to give me my order. It was a larger order so it did not fit in the self serve bin. I asked if anyone was available but never got an answer. I waited 20 min before someone came to the front. Avoid at ALL costs.

I should have known better. You get what you pay for. Well your suppose to anyways. I ordered for faster service online. Well that’s what they tell you. The app says will be done around 607. So I’m using the tracker my pizza does even go into the oven till 608. That’s fine plenty of warning that it’s not ready. I sit in my car and it says pizza ready. I get there look at the online board my names not there. The guy says they are far behind and ask what everyone’s name was. I see there’s pizza in slots that aren’t online. The guy goes back to the back and they bring pizza up for people who aren’t even there. Now it’s like 7 pm and the guy walks out again. I’ve been waiting for ever. He ask my name again. Then he pulls my Cold pizza out that had been sitting there forever. I knew it would be cold but I paid online and these people were just so stressed out who do I complain to or get money from. I get home and my pizza isn’t even right. I paid for a pretzel stuffed crust and got the original. Everything was cold and terrible. Cheese was no longer cheese. Kids didn’t ask for more. Total waste of time and money

This location never has anything Hot n Ready. Been at 11:00 am no lunch combos, nor in the evening for whole pizzas. The clerk told me they were to busy to do hot n ready, but still have the menu hanging.

Ordered a pizza, crazy bread, wings, and a soda online. My husband went at time order was supposed to be ready. He gets to store and lady said our order was not ready. He was told to wait. My husband was taking forever so I called him and he said noone had gotten back to him. He is way more patient than me because I wouldn't have waited so long without asking for update. I called and lady that answered phone said that orders were disappearing off screen but that she did remember seeing my name or something like that. She said she could start order now. I was like ok do we get a discount or anything. She said no, you can get a refund but no food or I can start your order now. I asked to speak to manager. She said she was the general manager and that she could only do one option or the other. She could not give us discount or anything free despite my husband waiting over an hour and them still not having started on our order. I asked for her first name and she refused to give it. I said I don't go seeking for free food but the way she was acting, not getting back to my husband, and waiting over an hour and still not having order started, called for something. I suggested she should be writing down orders if they were disappearing especially if customer went in and let them know what they had ordered. I have e-mail that order went through and that I was charged. She could have asked husband for proof that we ordered and paid. I ended up just cancelling order and going elsewhere. This could have definitely been handled better and avoided this preggo mom from getting real upset. In case corporate or someone else takes care of this message, the general manager was older, gray hair, skinny and missing some teeth.

Ordered a pretzel pizza and waited 20 minutes in the store just to find out my order had been ready for a while and no one notified me. After I got my pizza I open the box to find out instead of giving me a pretzel pizza, they made a normal pizza and just put salt on the crust.
