Came here today for lunch appetizers were burnt and over cooked and to find out they are out of pasta so I order a Cobb salad the steak was beyond burnt and black and my husband order ribs and chicken tenders they were burnt and fries old and cold this was completed waste of a meal for a family of 3 and not worth money or food. Even the waitress seen this while she gave us our food and saw we didnt touch it or eat it so we had 2 appetizers go back and 3 meals nobody seems ti care about customer service. So 100.00 dollars wasted no meal due to it being burnt

The salad was crisp and well prepared.

Asked for waters, never received them until we asked when we received our entrees.
Had to ask for bread 3 times.
Appetizer Mushrooms were microwaved and soggy.
Appetizer plates, bread plates, salad plate, consumed drinks, all stayed on our table even after we paid.
There was metal wrapping in my burger, literally said something as it was handed to me (clear as day) waiter said absolutely nothing.
Mashed potatoes were instant and water.
I should have trusted the reviews. God awful.

I've been wanting to try Logan's for a long time. The wait was not worth it. First, I'll admit I did not get a steak and opted to try the crab cakes. Emphasis here is on cakes as they were mostly bread with a crumbs of what may have been crab but I'm putting my money on it being immitation crab and not the real thing. Second, I ordered green beans as a side but got broccoli. The waiter, after finally getting his attention, quickly brought out the grean beans. The broccoli was fresh and I should have stuck with that. The green beans were obviously from a can and pretty bland. My other side was the mash potato with gravy. It was OK. My son ordered the steak. It was cooked just right (temp wise) but had too much salt. The fries he got with his steak were pretty bland. The atmosphere was OK, similar to Texas Roadhouse but not nearly as well done. Needless to say, next time I see a Logan's, I won't have the curiousity to try it out. I've seen enough to not want to experience anything else on the menu.

Wait staff is great. The kitchen was so slow, the waitress was tearing up. 😢
Advise going elsewhere until the kitchen staff can pass a drug test.

Where do I start. Too bad I cannot leave zero stars. Let mw say it was not busy. Order our food and my side salad comes out wrong with tomatoes, I cannot eat them. Returns with tomatoes missing and salad dressing is still wrong. Asks me if I want another beer, I said no, doesnt even ask if I want something else. Wait 20 minutes for food to come out and my steak and shrimp are luke warm at best. Tell our waitress, no manager comes to see what is wrong. After I am visibly frustrated, she asks me if she wants her to warm my steak, i said no, then asks if I want another one, i said no, then asks if I want a box, I kinda laughed. Then brought the bill. No offer to adjust or take something home to make up for the poor service and food.

Our water glasses stayed full.
We went after church today and it was all around awful. Our server was too busy in the corner with his gf and couldn’t take our order for 20+ minutes. Then we waited for 20-30 minutes, still no food. Our server didn’t even communicate with us or say anything about how long we were there waiting. We had to go to the host stand to request to speak to a manager. Took about 5 minutes at least for a manager to come talk to us. When he did, he didn’t apologize until he spent a majority of the talking giving us excuses of how the kitchen was crazy busy. Meanwhile, when we sat down, the restaurant was pretty empty. Our server didn’t even apologize or anything. We ended up getting our food to go after 1.5 hours being there. By the time we got home and heated our food up, the food was god awful. Chicken was rubbery and the steak was overcooked and dry.

i ate here for the first time on a recent visit with my parents who live nearby. it is more affordable than similar chains made even better by a great steak special on wednesdays. i had the signature sirloin which was delicious and cooked perfectly. what really stood out was the exceptional guest service provided by our server Faith. she's on top of her game and could not have been friendlier. she greeted us promptly, made good menu suggestions, and checked on us multiple times without being overbearing. i advise any patron to request her section and am looking forward to our return.
First time trying Logan's and I'm glad we did listen to the one star reviews. All of us really enjoyed our food. It was all prepared correctly, which is hard to find at restaurants sometimes. I get my steak blue rare, and that's exactly what I got. We will definitely be back the next time in the area.

We chose to come here based of nostalgia; Having visited a location in Myrtle Beach, we wanted to try the restaurant again
Although my order was good ( Roadhouse deluxe burger )...my other guest was disappointed.
A surf and turf type entree...(Ribs and chicken strips was the culprit)
The strips were very over done and only 2 ribs were given...
ANY OTHER restaurant I've been to gives at least 4 to 6 ribs even with a combo type platter.
Work on your portion to pricing , Logan's...do better.
If corporate blames tariffs ,I say y'all bluffing... because I'm sure there's cattle suppliers in the US
