Myself and my family have been frequent visitors of Logan’s. We usually love it! Food is usually spot on and so is the service.Tonight 4/27 was a different story. It started with a terribly long wait for the food. They weren’t even busy. Then, the food was cold. I cut into my supposed to be medium sirloin and it was very well done. Then, my step daughter cut into her burger. It was supposed to have Swiss cheese no mushrooms and be cooked medium. It was well done has no Swiss had mushrooms. Normally I am not a complainer. But with today’s prices, you wanna get what you paid for. I complained about my steak. They said they would cook me another. After waiting another 20 minutes for my 2nd steak, it comes out. Cooked very well done yet again. The manager comes over. His name was Adam.Adam was very rude and condescending. Most certainly not should not be in customer service. I told him about the burger and his response was “well you ordered a roadhouse burger didnt you. That’s what’s on them” well yes I did however I asked for it cooked a certain way and for no mushrooms, I’m allergic. Adam walked away and said he would be back to never be seen again.Luckily our waitress I think her name was Stephanie was very nice and understanding.I don’t think I’ll be back for a while. Super upset because I loved that place.

Wanted to go out to dinner with my mother and ended up with her steak getting cooked wrong and when asked for a new one we waited almost 30 minutes while also waiting for our desserts. Honestly the place wasn't even busy so there should've been no reason for an order to come out wrong and the wait for a new one take so long.

The food was not cooked the server Jasmine was not attentive and didn’t care the cheese cake was frozen and the front end manager just made excuses for everything. The steak was medium rare when l asked for medium well

Food was delicious. We both got a Steak dinner and split a shrimp dinner for leftovers. Everything was very good. The fried pickles were just OK. Service was good as well.

Ordered 2 steak dinners through Grubhub while traveling. Order was 75 before all the fees and tips, it came to 89 all done..steak was delicious but very small.Asked for a1 it didn't come.Got a Caesar salad they sent with no dressing, croutons, or parm cheese.You would think for that kind of money they would at least double check.I'll never again order from a Logan's. If the incompetence is only this location, I'll never know. Outback has never let me down anywhere in the country. 1st time Logan customer and it was the last...

My husband and I had to send bal our steaks because they were still mooing. The second time mine was super well done, my husband's was over cooked this time but no too bad. I had to get new steak (3rd one). I ate it but it still wasn't cooked to medium. I might go back to the steakhouse but I will never order a steak!!

There were 4 people @our table I cant speak for 2 of them but my husband ordered the 16oz ribeye med and it came out well he ate it anyway I ordered the chicken sausage Alfredo it was pretty good but wouldn't ordered again sausage gave it a odd taste they should consider using Italian sausage instead of the traditional sausage would better blend the flavors. I also thought it was a bit salty but I dont use alot of salt in any thing so that might just be my taste. The server kept our drinks full and checked on us several times so he was efficient. However, before I ordered the Alfredo I ask the server if I could get a taste of the Alfredo to make sure I liked it. His comment to me was it taste like all the others ? which I said no not true he did bring the sample but he said why would you come to steak house and ordered pasta which was uncalled for not everyone wants steak that's why its not the only thing on the menu
